Chop Chop Wok

I’ve given Chop Chop the benefit of the doubt for 3-4 more orders, it’s so BLAND every time! The chicken and broccoli was drenched in the fish sauce or whatever sauce they use and it was awful, it’s not the “normal” taste we all know; its like creamy not thin chicken flavor.. hard to describe but not very good. Fried rice today literally had no flavor, I just don’t get it.. I asked for my Tso’s to be more sticky instead of how it is normally thinking it would improve it, it was quite sticky but again; not much flavor at all.. I think the only 2 decent things I’ve had here is the Cashew Chicken and the Lo Mein.. Maybe I’ll try again next year, such a shame you were my closest local place too.

My first time here and it will not be the last. Wow! I am so impressed at how satisfying my food and experience was. I have to drive past this place after church, 2 or 3 times a week. I will be stopping in for lunch from now on. My husband got the orange beef with noodles and I got the orange chicken with white rice. We ordered to go and I as not expecting much. They gave us duck sauce and soy sauce. I had never had duck sauce and it was delicious. I loved every bite. I was impressed with how pleasant the cashier was. She was actually able to carry a conversation. She is adorable and sweet, I like that. Sorry, I ate the food and forgot all about taking pics. I'll take pics next weekend.
