Burger King

Experience wasn’t great but it wasn’t bad either. Sometimes you would just like to go and get your food and the facility be prepared for a customer request. And I mean minor things like just making sure all condiments are available, As I’m the type of person who can’t eat certain foods without certain condiments. When things like this happen it can seem like a waste of time, although I’m pretty sure the items I requested was available it just would have taken more time to retrieve. Maybe it’ll have a better experience next time , but the food was hot and fresh so that was appreciated.

THE GHETTO. like what is going on here! If anyone working in corporate came here they’d be like what…. Drive thru for dinner is terribly slow. So we decided to come in to order and that wasn’t any better. Bout a 25 min wait. They just have sandwiches sitting on the heater (8-10 made) yet struggling to determine which one goes in what bag. Then they turn their back on the walk in customers. Very rude people. I guess that’s the struggle of hiring 16 year olds. And the food is low quality. Only wins- breakfast drive thru. I’m normally the only one in line.

Vivian is so unnecessarily rude, to hear she is in charge is concerning to say the least! If she speaks to customers that way I can’t imagine how she treats her staff. Kudos to Lizzie for turning it around. She is poised, polite, and professional. She should be running that place! I don’t how she keeps such composure working for a pill like Vivian. I also have never had a worse whopper and I saw Vivian bag this herself. I opened a can of chili instead. Vivian is Rude and funneling slop - you need new management.

Well those place is something else, WOULD NOT RECOMMEND. In fast food you can expect a few bad apples but this place is a whole bushel of them. The drive through line was very long and don't seem to be moving fast way all. (Should have took that as a sign). So we went inside. Pretty sure the guy that was supposed to be bagging people's food was on something. (His face and how he was acting kind of gave it away). But he said he'd be right with us and just aimlessly walked away. The lady cleaning the dining area saw and came and took our order. Cool so then we waited for our food, and waited, and waited. It took over 20 mins for them to even start building our tray of food. Which was not a lot. Two kids meals, a Whopper, and chicken sandwich. There only seemed to be two people in that whole place that know what do to and it was two men working the line, and they had to keep stepping away to help the others. The food was ok, the whopper, chicken sandwich and kids chicken nuggets were hot besides the fries that tasted like they had been sitting in the fry warmer for hours. It only sucked that the facility is very nice but their staffing definitely NEEDS work. I wish this was only a training deficiency but from other reviews I think it may stem from the lack of management.

What is the whole point of going to a fast food restaurant, when it isn't fast? I ordered a croissan'wich and a mocha coffee, and it took 15 minutes in the Drive-Thru to get. I don't know if they're understaffed or what, but this is not acceptable. Not only were they slow, they got my coffee wrong. They also overfilled it and I had to clean coffee out of my cup holder in my car. Thanks for a wonderful start to my day

Went for the 2 for 5 bucks breakfast croissant.well let's say The drive through happened to be the slowest around 9nly 2 cars and took 12 minutes just for them to answer drive through.5 minutes to take order and 19 minutes to get the sandwiches. Wich we're could.and very smashed. Come on burger king 39 minutes for a drive through sandwich.and the sandwich was cold.

I have been to this location several times and customer service is terrible. I return only because I enjoy the food. It's not uncommon to have to wait in drive thru for 20 min, but I try to be understanding as they are likely short staffed. My most recent experience was I ordered ahead on the mobile app. I waited in drive thru for 15 min and there were still 5 cars in front of me (2 waiting to order). I was on a time crunch and would probably have to wait another 15+ min to get my order. I couldn't continue to wait and was able to leave drive thru, but the app wouldn't let me cancel my order. I tried to go inside to see if it would be faster, but the dining room was closed. I contacted Burger King customer service on the app asking that they not charge me since I didn't receive the food. It took 2 days for them to respond and when they did they said they can't refund or cancel my order, but I can go to the same location to pick up my food. I went back to the drive thru and was told they don't have my order and they can't fulfill it. Even though I had the email from BK customer service, the manager said they cannot fill my order I would need to call my bank to dispute charges. Terrible customer service and I will not be coming back. I went down the street to Carl's Junior and they made up for my bad BK experience. Food was fast and fresh and they gained a returning customer

Stopped by here after work and sat in the drive thru for well over 10 minutes (not Exaggerating) waiting to order. No one came on to even say sorry about the wait or give any explanation. As I’m sitting there I see a worker go out back behind the dumpsters and presume to smoke!! So unprofessional even for a fast food place, I will never stop at this location again
