In my opinion Carl’s Jr. is so much better then canes. Sorry not sorry. The best item to get is the chicken tenders. They’re so good, juicy and always fresh. Don’t walk, RUN !

Sold me this ...said it was the double gold cheese burger or wat ever....the guy at the speaker was horrible...the girl at the window was High...an some older guy stuck his head out the window an looked at us ...liked he was saying give them that messed up order....I use 2 love this place but Now....Hell No

This franchise has not been the same since their merger. When they took away all those salt n pepper shakers then the napkin stands from each table I new it was hello corporate CJr!
Meal sizes shrank, prices went up. I tried to look away and ignore the bad you were becoming because of all our history and for the children but, it's never going to change back to the restaurant I fell in love with or the restaurant our children deseve. They stopped asking about you long ago. I love you but I'm not in love with you... it's over.

You just lost a customer over .25 cents. I always order a big Carl and I get it plain just ketchup meaning no cheese no lettuce and whatever else comes on it. I've saved them thousands over the years so I go today same thing but the lady is like we have to charge you .25 for ketchup. Not even a packet a lil squeeze on it. This is the outcome of who some people voted for. Out of pure principle I will never eat there again.

I had a problem about a month ago with the burger so I wrote into the website and sent them a picture of how it came and the manager Theresa T. Took care of the whole problem by getting me a new burger. Thanks for the great customer service. But why didn't you comp the soda? It would have gotten you five stars.

Update! Edit!! Jan 8, 2020. Asked for well done get a burnt burger . Ivan the Manager is nice and Jaden who works the drive thru is always kind and professional. Check your drive thru order before exiting. Took 2 stars away for burnt food.
