You can always tell how good a fast food place is by how fresh their fries 🍟 are on an average of visits. I have to say I’ve never been served cold fries at this location. The staff is always friendly and my order is always right. This is one of the smaller franchises but they seem to always be on point. Fountain drinks never watery either.
Great food great staff!!! The food was FRESH very pleasing and the 2 girls at the register were friendly! They greeted us right away. The reason I give atmosphere a 3 is because the location is very small. It could use a remodel.
Best jack in box ive probably ever been too, line was long but moved quickly, not sure what the employees name was but she was very kind and professional, quick transaction.
2 tacos 1.79 the best deal ever and of course. The bacon cheese burger omg it's good

Michael at the Spring Mt. location gave excellent service went above and beyond! He made sure we could use our coupons and when they were out of something gave a substitute instead of just saying we don’t have that. Much appreciated Michael I hope we get you again! :)
Food great as always but the restaurant wasn't open inside. It was early in the evening not late night. This is the 2nd Jack in the Box we went to in Las Vegas that wasn't open inside. Frustrating when you want to eat in and use the bathroom and you can't!!! The drive thru guy was really nice, friendly and efficient though. I hate to have to eat in the car then drive somewhere else to use the bathroom!! Get it together Jack and hire more people!!!
I don't know why the universe was against me 4am in the morning. As I was out looking for alate night snack, I attempted five different so-called "24-hour drive-thrus." I went to two other jitb locations on Tropicana, as well as two McDonald's locations. All 24 drive-thrus, all closed. So I had been driving around for almost 30 minutes at this point. Decided to go to this location as a last option. The cashier was very polite and the food was good. His service was fast and efficient, plus i got the taco sauce i forgot to ask for. It was a great trip to this jitb. Will be back

Problem was sign said dinning room open till 10 pm. WAS CLOSED before 8pm.
Very fast workers had my order and walking out within 5 minutes
