First time at cicis pizza and I was satisfied. The place is really clean and it’s obvious they’re taking the necessary steps to keep us(customers) and the staff safe during these crazy COVID-19 days. I like the customer service, the pizza of course and the salad bar area is my fave. Definitely will be coming back 😉
Came for fathers day with the family. Place has an affordable awsome all you can eat for adults and kids. Props to the cooks. The food was exellent. Well cooked pizza. They do need more staff scheduled to keep up cleanliness. It was busy so we couldn't sit where we wanted to because of dirty table. But understandable. I only saw 1 person bussing and cleaning the front. And more games for the kids would be cool also.

Cicis was a great place to go for a pizza buffet and since they shut most of them down around town it's nice to at least get 2 left in town and I'm close enough to one of them.
I came in without too high of expectations... honestly, I wanted to try the mac n cheese pizza and whatever else they had, well, it's $5 a person, it's not like I'm taking much risk. I was pleasantly surprised. The pizza is not gourmet, but at the price point, it is probably about the best you'll find. The staff was friendly and they kept the buffet full the entire time we were there. Oh, and the mac n cheese pizza was really good, if you were wondering.
One of my most missed places after the shut down. Happy they are back open and even happier I get Mac n cheese pizza back in my life. The only problem I had was and always has been is the BATHROOMS. The bathroom has the worse odor of DEATH in it.
Food was good, staff was great, following safety guidelines you can tell was top priority, just the horrible horrible God awful smelling bathroom.
Food is fresh and mostly hot due to high turn over. Staff is definitely a little overwhelmed with all the families and kids coming through. Some kid slipped and drama ensured, boosting my review a star for dinner and a show. Could be cleaner but I don't blame the kids who work here.
They had quite a bit to choose from and everything was kept pretty fresh even though it was slow. The pizza sauce is a little too sweet for me though so I only had one piece of that kind. The had the plain cheese bread which was really good so I ate that. It’s more expensive than other locations we have been to, but that’s expected in Vegas.
Updated review. Newly remodeled store with a nice tribute wall for the fallen officers. This place is much improved. Food is usually kept up worth new things coming out regularly. Buffet is $6.49 now, over $9 with drink and tax.
Some(2 of them) of pizza's slices were dry & hard (obviously "old"). The men's restroom was out of liquid soap which was "replaced" with powder detergent placed adhoc in a small doggy bag, as U could see in the pics. Other then that the sales clerk was very polite, professional and helpful and place looked in decent state.
