Capriotti's is always consistently good. We like their sandwiches a lot and the service is always solid. The prices are in line with other places and the dining experience is pretty consistent. As long as the quality stays consistent, we will continue to enjoy their food

Absolutely amazing service!! I had never been before and they patiently explained all the options to me. Such service! Amazing food. Great unsweet tea. Excellent experience. Highly recommend!

The sandwiches are delicious usually but the one I had today was too salty and the service is pretty quick. The downtown Summerlin location is also very clean.

Love the Bobbie and Cappistromi. But found a new favorite. Waygu cheesesteak sandwich with the gold sauce. Doesn't automatically come with peppers, onions, mushrooms, etc. so you need to add those.
Food is great. The restaurant is a little unkempt.

First time visit, sandwich is awesome, bread is toasted but not dry or brittle. Right amount of filling ingredients and a large was enough to take half home for dinner. Holy cow 18 inch sandwich sub but so good.

2-13-21 Prices seem higher.They got our order wrong and ended up having to remake sandwich. Great sandwiches. I had the Capistrami. Nice and clean. Not crowded, even at lunch time.

Always very good! The Bobbie is my fav, really good, it's their signature sandwich. I call it "Thanksgiving on a Bun".We visit here at least every few weeks. The manager is very nice also and keeps the restaurant clean. My daughter says they have tasty vegetarian options

It was pretty good. I haven't been there in many years because I used to hate them. I had a cheesesteak and it was pretty good. My only complaint is the bread is too soft. I like my bread a little more dense. Unfortunately that is hard to find anywhere these days, with all sub places catering to the white bread, empty calorie paradigm we have been thrust into 😊
That being said, it was one of the better cheesesteaks I have had in my area of Vegas, and I have been looking. Certainly better than any of the other chains in the area.
