Not sure why we don't have more Rubio's in Vegas, but the one on Sahara in top notch all around. Love my chicken nachos, no beans, extra chicken....and the picante salsa is delicious.

I had the shrimp taco trio. Each taco was so delicious and completely different from the next. I would love to eat at this place every single day.

Great place. Go for Taco Tuesday and get Fish or Chicken Tacos für $1.99 each, Beef for $2.29. Unbeatable price and tasty tacos. You can order online in advance.

Friendly staff, clean environment, food is fire! I moved away for a while to somewhere that did not have a Rubio's. One of the first places I ate at when I came back. Blackened Mahi Mahi burrito I have missed you so!

They have a delicious mild salsa. I absolutely love it. The fish tacos are OK. I love the shrimp tacos and shrimp bowls. Other than that I'm not a huge fan of the food.

I've been a Rubios local for years in San Diego. I'm a fan of the Baja Grill Burrito, but I know it's been out of the menu for abou 3 years. So, I asked them to make me a Steak California burrito without the fries or Chipotle sauce and add Red Salsa instead. They were like :No problem! One of the cooks told me he has been there for many years, so he knew what I was talking about.😆 Love it! Same taste as the burritos I got in SD. Here in Vegas, just add a touch of Lime on top. Yummy!

I had the standard 2 Fish Tacos lunch with chips and beans. The tacos were fantastic! The beans were solid. The chips were a disappointment. It would be more accurate to call them fragments instead of chips. It seemed they were the crushed remains of the bottom of the bag. I only deducted one star because the tacos were so good and after all, they are the star of the meal.
