Subway

I stopped by Subway at Flamingo and Jones around 12:15am on May 15th. There were a few ppl ahead of me and only 1 worker. A older black woman, employee #6218 I wish I would've asked her name. She had 3 online orders to complete and also assist the in store customers. I felt bad for her. A few years back I worked for Subway and often worked alone, it's harder than some may think. She was patient and very polite. A couple customers walked out because of the time. I stayed not just because I was craving my Turkey with Bacon sub lol but because I am also patient and I wanted to tip her. She complimented me on my patience and thank me about 6 times. It's good to see customer service like that nowadays. She told me she was impressed by me hope she will see me again. People don't know what people go thru and her words were just what I needed to hear! 💙

I recently relocated to Vegas, & was immensely pleased with my decision to visit this location. This particular location is open 24 hours & is super close to home. The employees were friendly, the food was fresh, & the restaurant was clean. I enjoyed my first experience so much that I took a friend, the following night, who was equally pleased. 5 stars all the way!

went to this subway location for a meatball with tomato sauce sub. i like the meatball sauce so the sub was good but i like getting my subs after midnight and this location is twenty four hours but the door is locked and you have to get buzzed in. i had to wait a long time for somebody to let me in and the area has a lot of crime sometimes. i did not like having to wait so long of a time to get inside, too unsafe, so i suggest customers go to this location when the doors are open.

Customers are to quick to complain, they waste time on there cell phones, which is highly rude. This is a locked entrance facility from 11pm to 7am customers don't sometimes know to ring the bell. And they get angry if you don't immediately open the door, please give us a moment and the one person that works there during graveyard will get to you, if you see there with another customer at the time please give them time and they will get to you, you can't see clearly from the inside out because it's so dark we need to get a outside light but we do acknowledge you.
