Blue Ox Central

Haven't been to Blue Ox in about 30 years. My Mom use to take us there as kids. I remember the chicken fingers were the best. Let me tell you.. they still are. I got the full meal and took home a few fingers to my family since they were so big and they loved them. They look like fish and chips. The batter they use is fantastic. The Viking burger my son had tonight was also delicious. My son told me he'd definitely be back. Lisa our server, did a great job. I believe I saw a sign that said 21 or older to enter. Across from the airport runway so every few minutes it feels like a bass speaker in the building. The furniture and booths inside are a bit dated but did the job. We'll be back.

The food here is great!!!! The waitresses have always been wonderful, too. The fried green beans are a little spicy and amazing! They make a wonderful spicy, bloody mary, and everything I have tried here has been wonderful! We visit this place every time we go to Vegas now! It's for 21+ only, so you will have to order takeout if you have your littles.

I had been wanting to visit this spot for a minute now and it did not disappoint! Although it took a minute for our server to make contact in the beginning, once she did start serving us her experience was exceptional! Isabelle was constantly checking on us, our drinks, and how we were doing. And the food, wow! We ordered the Babes Sampler (appetizer platter) and some cheese curds. Both dishes were awesome! The Chicken fingers were just melt in your mouth delicious! The onion rings cooked perfectly. And the dipping sauces were on point! Loved everything, the ambience was perfect (not too loud or boisterous). Would definitely come back to try more dishes on the menu. First time here with my gf for a quiet girls night out, but definitely look forward to visiting with my husband soon!
