My wife and I spend our 12 year anniversary. This place is a gem and the food is simply amazing. The fried chicken with truffle and the duck fat fries were amazing. If you love ribs, dont miss out on the crispy ribs. I will definitely be back!!!

From the start of check in, it is a good process to make experience unique. The food and service was awesome. Something different you won’t get many places in Vegas. Would recommend, would go back. Had a wide variety of food.

Food was amazing. Very cool place service is good. Word of advice the Escargot is the worst I have ever had. We order Escargot any chance we get: Sara’s Escargot is like eating straight bread crumbs. Ribs appetizer is amazing. Caviar was great had the $140 mid priced it was smooth and very tasty.

A great evening with friends. Heard about Sara’s through one of the bartenders in Mabel’s BBQ. Super swanky vibe with a fantastic cocktail menu. The Club 91 Manhattan and rum old fashioned were delicious. We also enjoyed the truffle fried chicken and smoke prime rib for dinner. Both were phenomenal and prepared perfectly. A must hit when visiting the Palms.

Well Michael Symon, I didn't see that one coming. Wow. Wow man! That was amazing. I had the potato dumplings, smoked prime rib, asparagus, and crepe suzette with many golden slipper matinis in between. Holy cow that was amazing. The staff was amazing too. Absolutely adored every second. For those of you on the fence about making a reservation, ignore the people that didn't give this place 5 stars and go...go now.

The atmosphere is gorgeous, the staff were delightful, and here I ate the single best piece of prime rib that I have or ever will have. The crust was delicious, the meat melted in your mouth, and they grated fresh horseradish like Parmesan cheese over the meat. I had an absolutely wonderful time there and it will be a memory I cherish for the rest of my life.

Don't ask...just go!
Harken back to bygone days when quality done right was all you needed. I had the Steak Oscar, he had the Prime Rib. We shared the potato gratin, asparagus and french fries while we chatted with neighboring tables and drank great wine. Definitely recommend!

As a local living in Vegas we have been to 100's of restaurants. Tonight was the Best of the Best. EVERYTHING was excellent
Michael Symon is one of my favorite Chefs and as a person a great guy.
Sara’s is secretly tucked away behind unmarked doors. The decor is beautiful. The food was as expected. Delicious. Service was impeccable. Perfect crafted cocktails. I Was anxiously awaiting the opening of his new restaurant. It was worth the wait.

If you’ve already heard the rumors about how amazing the food and ambiance is here, let me tell you it’s better than expected! The service is top of the line. And the food is insane. We started with the caviar...YES! The crispy beef appetizer is yummy. The creamed peas and brussel sprouts are what dreams are made of and the honey truffle chicken is my new favorite. You really can’t go here with trying the prime rib either.

Outstanding service, wonderful food, fantastic menu. Michael was hanging out all night with patrons. They had tableside dessert service, we had Bananas Foster, it was superb! The Palm's is really stepping it up and a must for your next Vegas trip!! Call ahead for reservations, the smaller dining room seats under 50.
