Yummy healthy food options. The meat was delicious and tender and the sauces were unique with a lot of flavor. I had a great time and highly recommend it.
Had lunch here today. Tri-tip and chicken combo. Was absolutely wonderful. Being more of a chicken eater, I thought the chicken was exquisite. Will definitely come back and recommend it to everyone!
Karved has the best rotisserie chicken I have had! Full of flavor, juicy, and cooked perfectly. They give large portions on the sides. The sides were excellent. I got dirty mashed potatoes, seasonal veggies, and an extra side of Mac and cheese. The mashed potatoes were flavored and fluffy. The veggies were fresh green beans and carrots cooked perfectly and seasoned well. The Mac and Cheese was excellent. They use spiral noodles, and it was seasoned well. The noodle holds the cheese sauce very well. Everything was perfect. I had a sample of beef soup while waiting for my order. The soup was also delicious. Usually, I’m not too fond of soups. Everyone was amiable and I didn't feel rushed when I was deciding what to get.
Really great spot that we randomly found after leaving the Las Vegas airport and wanting to grab lunch before heading out to Zion national park.
Super friendly staff and absolutely delicious, fresh food. The chicken pita was so soft and flavorful, and the side of elites was an absolute flavor bomb. Definitely recommend.
The food is really good staff was nice n u could tell the person cooking was proud of his work n it was very warming to know that care is being put into ur food would absolutely recommend
Excellent tasting lunch and well worth the price tag. They were super busy when I got there, and I had to place a group order, but the woman who took my order (I wish I could remember her name!) was very helpful and gave great recommendations. Loved it!
Still love the sandwich with fries because they tasted so good with the sauce. So, made me enjoy eating the foods well, and I recommend it. But, the bread of the sandwich had the bottom covered with oil a little too much that made my hands dirty, and the fries were kind of salty to eat. Even though I still liked them.
Fantastic lunch spot. Fantastic service that was very attentive. Absolutely delicious tri-tip sandwich. Bread is good without being too much-good filling to bread ratio. Pita (warmed just right) and hummus was a great side. Dining companion loved his porchetta sandwich. Highly recommend.

A rotisserie place doesn't generally excite me, but this place blew me out of the water. Came here with two others for a quick bite before catching a flight home and boy were we glad we made it here before leaving! I ordered the tri tip sandwich and it was seriously the best tri tip sandwich I've ever had. The bread is super soft and has a slight slight sweetness to it, the tri tip was perfectly cooked and seasoned, the arugula was fresh and the perfect amount, the garlic sauce was fantastic, and the onion marmalade was superbly flavorful and added that bit of juice to every bite. My friends kept refusing bites of my sandwich until they finally gave in, and they were each so shocked at how the seemingly simple looking sandwich actually tasted so freaking amazing. My sister ordered the porchetta plate and the bite I had was soooo good. My friend enjoyed her tri tip bowl (but wished she got my sandwich after she had a bite!). They surprised us with complimentary baklava over frozen Greek yogurt for dessert. This place is now definitely on our regular Vegas rotation. I wish they would open one in California!
The salad was perfect for the summer weather!! & We were given a sample of the chicken soup!!! It's like Nana made it!! & then a taste of ice cream on the house!!
I had the vegetarian wrap. Delicious!! My husband, however...did not think the beef tri plate had much flavor. Only reason I didn't give it a five. I read another review that felt the same about the beef tri plate so I know he wasn't being picky. Great atmosphere! Nice vibes.
If you are hungover. This is the place to go.
The chicken cilantro soup and southwest spicy beef will do the trick. Paul has knocked it out of the park. The porchetta sandwich with kracklins is to die for. Beef tri tip plate with coleslaw that's perfect not too sweet or over sauced.
