Absolutely one of the best Popeye's I have ever been too! When you go there tell her Washington said hello. She is one of the the nicest people I have ever met! Best customer service ever!

One of the better run Popeye's I've been to in a while. The service was fast and efficient and the food was excellent. I'm not accustomed to getting such service in Milwaukee.

Edit: ****** 18 August 2023 Lobby open n Drive-thru. ... was gonna use the Drive-thru but I was having a migraine & couldn't concentrate, so we went in AND glad we did because ☆♡VERONICA ♡☆ was at the Counter to help & SHE is THE BEST ☆ Ghost Pepper Wings are still available 👻🌶👻 😋 Food was fresh n hot Lobby was clean All workers were clean n friendly .... & busy n working hard It was rough during the pandemic buuuut that's behind us all. ... great that this Popeyes is back! ************************* 31 January 2023 Thought I'd have to use the Drive-thru again because the Lobby doors were locked. ... it was open several weeks ago much to our delighted surprise & got excellent service & tonight 2 of us were buying for 2 different homes n both of us had Cupons. ... but when I explained to the Drive-thru Associate {who happened to be the Manager} if I could order too, she said they just opened the Lobby because more employees had just arrived. ... nice! The counter Associate was so nice n friendly n quick Food was hot n fresh & the chicken pieces were the correct count & half n half The Ghost Pepper Wings 👻 🌶 😋 The Cajun Fries box was full with hot fresh fries The Biscuits were were tasty I CANNOT say if this Popeyes is under New Management n has New Staff since the whole covid crisis BUTTTT it sure does seem like it does because the service is great & the food in the boxs are the way it's supposed to be! ************************** 25 January 2022 Had to do the Drive-Thru, Lobby closed due to Covid Waited 45 minutes for dry chicken & some small indistinguishable pieces We ordered the 9pc Box for $12.99 NOW that SHOULD BE; 2 Breasts, 2 Wings, 2 Thighs, 2 Legs, & 1 piece of whatever they decide. ... BUTTT we got; 4 Thighs, 4 Legs, & 1 Wing So, that ONLY means that the people who work there are completely and totally incompetent OR they just don't care. ... andAndAND neither does management, the owner OR the corporation!!!! Hey, there was a little thin homeless girl, out in the cold wind, by the curb on the street with a sign. ... HIRE HER. ************************** Edit: December 2021 Well did the Drive-Thru again {didn't know the Lobby was open} & it was actually decent today. ... was slow at first butttt whoever was at the window finally moved n the line flowed nicely. ... it seems that it has been just as much difficult customers as it has been short staffing. The order was perfect; 8 piece meal, mild n spicy, 4 of each type AND 2 of each piece. ... yeah, you'd think it'd be ezpzbrze, not so much. ... all fresh n hot & moist. The Cajun fries are the best. Nice meal 😋 The window guy was very friendly. ***************************************** November 2020 Just came from the Drive-thru Ordered a 9pc Mixed Box & received: 2 breasts, 1thigh, 6 legs. .. SO, sure it was mixed Called AND hung-up on twice!! THEN a slurring guy, who said he was the Mngr BUT DID NOT give his name, told me it was MY FAULT for not checking my order before I left & it was not his problem I lived 2 miles away n didn't want to come back. .. Just what did I expect him to do? REALLY SERIOUSLY How hard is it to count out 4 pieces of dark & 4 pieces of white n then pick randomly which the 9th piece should be? Hire HS graduates Hire the Homeless Hire people who care! I called another location for resolution.

Food serve fast and friendly. Clean restaurant with no rush to eat
