Veggie Delight

First time trying this place after driving past it so often, and it was delicious! I'm not a vegetarian/vegan but was looking to start reducing my intake of meat. The food here is so good but please be advised it's a small mom and pops place so the food takes a while to cook. Once you taste it, you'll know it was worth it. The restaurant is clean and simple. It fits about 15 people tops so be prepared to wait a little around dinner time. Warning they take CASH ONLY. My top three suggestions is the durian (if you like the fruit) slush, crispy pork skin spring roll and the Vietnamese lemongrass "beef" cold noodle. I know the noodles may look dry in photos but the savory sauce is at the bottom to mix. The durian slush-smoothie is one of the best I've had in town so far. Give it a try and see for yourself! This place is a great start if you want to go vegetarian/vegan.

For vegans/vegetarians, this is a nice little gem. Among the items ordered - hot and sour soup, tofu summer rolls and spicy tofu - the latter turned out to be the best. Nothing was spicy despite its name, so you know that going in. Quite a down-to-earth place run by a family. Try it of you are in the area.

Delicious food, lots of options, and you can make pretty much any item vegetarian or vegan. I'm giving it 4 stars for now, because though my sandwich was great, the bun was kinda old. Or maybe because they keep their buns in the fridge it was kinda hardened. I will definitely go back and I'm hoping to be able to give them a 5 star then.

Words can not express how much I love the food here. Everything is super tasty and comes in either a vegetarian or vegan option. I've taken several meat eating friends here and they loved it as well, some to the point that they even go without me now. My favorites are the hand rolls and the combination fried rice though you can't go wrong with anything in the menu. Just be aware, they are a cash only business so come prepared. If you forget, there is a bank across the street with an ATM.
