Starbucks - Aria Resort

This Starbucks opens at 6am, how many times as a Manager must you look at your cell phone, see that it's 6am, see that there's customers waiting before you decided to open the store. There was at least 15 people behind me in line. The lights turned on at 6am and someone finally let us in at 6:03am. Yes, some may say only 3 minutes late BUT your business hours are posted and you should be ready to conduct business exactly that time or earlier to take customers! There were 4 team members in that store not including the Manager/Supervisor. I had to ask the gentleman at the counter several times for a bag for an additional item I purchased. They also do not accept star rewards at this location and cash purchases was not an option either, credit card only. My drink and pastry was made/prepared well. Overall the need better time management.

One thing that can distinguish these stores are their service, and this store has the best staff I've run into in Vegas. Their mobile order game is the best I've ever seen, and everyone is so friendly despite it being very busy. Starbucks is Starbucks, and Vegas pricing sucks, but at least whoever is running this store is trying to make it the best they can.

Prices are much higher than regular Starbucks. To add insult to injury, mobile ordering isn't permitted which means that you have to stand in a line order like a peasant. I find this to be particularly unhelpful as I would prefer to time my pickup right when my food and drinks are ready but instead, I have to stand in this line for an exceptionally long time. I do credit this particular Starbucks with having many workers so the line does move along however I think not allowing mobile ordering is a huge downside.

I would highly recommend this location inside the Park MGM hotel. Keep in mind the hotel just went through a huge remodel so everything changed. Many of the old reviews are not relevant. This location looks newly remodeled. It’s huge! With lots of seating inside and outlets. They have a full Starbucks menu including lunch items, pastries, hot breakfast food, and all the Starbucks drinks. They are very busy in the morning, but in the afternoon it’s a nice place to read, sit with your laptop, or take an iced tea to the pool. The customer service was friendly and the store was clean. The only downside is prices are higher then stores not in a hotel. Oh and I wish they stayed open later.
