Einstein Bros. Bagels

My first time visiting any Einstein Bros location. I was very impressed with the selection including sweet options. Food came quickly, was good and it's perfect for breakfast or lunch. Surprisingly, this location was quite busy at lunchtime on Monday. Even though they have plenty of seating it got tiny bit crowded.

My favorite location of courses Sahara and Decatur it is always a long line but they handle it correctly few times they got my order wrong but for the most part I love my egg sandwich in the morning on an everything bagel along with the avocado toast and upbeat environments it doesn't matter if they do get a lot of orders wrong people are pretty much happy there and I will always continue to go there and I recommend it to others I've been at other Einsteins where it gets too busy and they just really fall off the chart when it comes to customer service but I really think that they care here so I good job keep up the good work

Meeting a friend for coffee, she suggested Einstein's. This was my 1st visit and was instantly won over as a "Regular" when I heard they only serve #1 Caged-Free Eggs, #2 their signature "Shmear" topping is made from Dairy-free Daiya. #3 When I asked about nutrition content, w/o hesitation, they handed me a thin binder😏 Nice ambiance, there's outside seating, staff is friendly/ energetic, and super helpful. Only gave 4Stars, for their limited sandwich offerings.

25 or so different bagels to choose from. Really good binge carbing. The smears are really good too. And the coffee. And the mission. They have these funny little reminders everwhere like "great leaders always wash their hands" or "make your mother proud..." or "we are like bagels, different but basically all good" for those of us who had a lot of absences in kindergarten. Love it!

Friendly and helpful. Kids handling customer service, of course that's a bit sub-par. He seemed a little scattered. A guy came in for grab n go while one kid was making my sandwiches and other kid was in the back, so the grab n go guy had to wait... I would have been fine with the kid stopping in my sandwiches to ring him up, or he could have called the other kid. He also forgot to put my sweet in the bag (I saw that coming, so checked).

The location is clean. They offer a wide range of bagel options, great breakfast sandwiches, non-alcoholic drinks, tea and coffee. They specialize in bagels and they do that really well. Service is fast, staff are friendly. Excellent coffee! Try the spinach, mushroom and Swiss breakfast sandwich on an ancient grains bagel!
