Great Asian Buffet. Weekdays lunch pricing is attractive. We got early and was not too busy saw a wait by the time we left. Great collection of Asian food and well laid from appetizers, soups, salads, main course, seafood, sushi and dessert. Additional charge for drinks. Hot tea a good addtion to the food. Dishes could be better labeled. Service is good and used plates attended timely. Loved the soft serve in the end.
For the price, this is an AWESOME place to take your family. It was busy when we went, but it wasn’t oppressive and didn’t bother our kiddo with sensory issues. Some food items were just okay, but the sushi was pretty good! And at only $13 per adult, some food issues are to be expected. The mushroom chicken was definitely more mushroom than chicken, and the beef in the broccoli beef was rubbery. However, the kids liked the pizza, and the sushi was great. I would also recommend the steamed buns, egg rolls, and crab ragoons. We unfortunately were leaving right as they brought out the crab legs!
Food/Taste/Flavor: 5/5 - very typical Chinese buffet with some carbs, different proteins, seafood, "sushi", soups, fruit, cakes/almond cookies, and soft serve ice cream. Best item is definitely the salt and pepper shrimp! The sesame ball with red bean paste was surprisingly good as well. The sushi were okay but most of them contained cream cheese or pickled radish. Avoid the salad bar defrosted shrimp.
Ambience: 5/5 - very basic restaurant with minimal decorations but the workers keep it fairly clean despite the amount of traffic the counters get. It is a bit crowded it certain corners as there are some extra chairs stashed away.
Service: 5/5 - very responsive and attentive. I don't think any empty plate sat for more than a minute or two before they clean it off.
Value for price: 5/5 - at around $15 per person (after tax), this buffet is definitely worth a try for their yummy food.
Really, really good buffet. Has all the typical American-chinese restaurant food, and then some. The food is all very fresh, and rotated in and out with new food quickly.
This place seems to be a popular spot amongst the locals, for good reason. It's a busy place, but the food is absolutely top notch.
After going here, it's all me and my friend could think about.
In A Nutshell:
-Krazy Buffet here in Vegas is pretty good.
-Actually for the value you get ($13.99 weekday lunch) this place is a steal!
-I remember eating at Krazy Buffet back in the Bay Area, but it has been a couple decades until now.
-Here you'll find a mix of working class families along w/ cost-conscience Asians who enjoy eating good food for cheap.
-I liked the variety of seafood they offer during lunch which included Manila clams, brocolli & beef, lot's of shrimp dishes, their whole grilled shrimp w/ head-on is yummy, I also enjoyed their sauteed veggies like green beans & eggplant, plus they have some basic sushi rolls, fruits and a few noodle dishes and soups.
-The service is very proficient & friendly, there are no lazy employees here.
Overall, this is a really good buffet for the value you get, I would definitely come back here again. It's perfect if you have group of hungry people to feed for a low price.
This place is a gem! The food is very delicious and also although we dont eat seafood and pork they had other foods to try and they were actually good! They have a great selection of seafood if your into that. For the price it is well worth it and the customer service is really good. No plates left around they come quickly to retrieve empty plates and fill your drinks.
On Sahara near Cimarron, Chinese/ AsianLunch Buffet for $14. . . add a soda for $1.70. Lots of seafood including a steamed white fish, Pan fried Shrimp, Fried Peel n Eat Shrimp, baked Salmon, steam clams, steamed white Fish
Salads and Deserts including soft serve ice cream.
Restaurant is reasonably clean for the numbers of diners they serve.
Bottom Line is it's a All you can eat Buffet with a reasonable price point.
Very good waiter, and good food! Do wish they had chicken and broccoli though but the beef and broccoli was good:) we went at lunch and it was very busy. They bad nice veggies and I enjoyed it. But I don't know why but every single time I go to eat Chinese buffets my stomach cramps so much afterwards. It's really uncomfortable.
Good fresh food.
Usually during the week not such long lines, weekends are Very busy…
Good variety of seafood options.
Kid friendly.
Friendly staff.
Good ice cream.
Bathroom needs to be more clean even when they are busy.
Need more ice inside the drinks.
I had a taste for crab legs, so I decided to go to the Krazy Buffet on a Saturday evening. I arrived at approximately 7:15 pm, and the place had people standing outside and inside! I walked to the man to the left of the cash register and received a paper with a number. After an approximate 20-minute wait, the man called my number to be seated.
Krazy Buffet has an array of food, and at roughly 26.00 for all-you-can-eat and drink, the restaurant provides high value. To my disappointment, the crab legs were super thin and contained dry meat. The crawfish were not good either. I didn't expect the buffet to have king snow crab. However, I hoped the crab legs would be medium-sized.
On the bright side, I loved the coconut shrimp, beef, and cheese clams. My waiter was also attentive and kept refilling my sweet tea. Their sweet tea is not that sweet, so I added sweet and low sugar.
I would return to Krazy Buffet. However, if you want crab legs and crawfish, go elsewhere!
