Excellent food, good and fast service.
We bought the baja bowl with pinto beans and chicken and chicken fajitas. We got it in a few minutes; Food quality was very good, clean, good quantity and tasted well. Staff were professional and courteous, given that the latter seems to be quite rare in Las Vegas.

Of course the atmosphere was crazy, it's in a Vegas Casino. They happily made my burritos right at closing (Midnight). The burritos were good, just a little dry. The only real downside is the site says 24hrs and they close at midnight.

This is become one of my favorite fast food takeouts incredibly fresh meats vegetables salsas and the manager that runs the one that's in Excalibur she does an incredibly professional job of any manager she is so sweet and humble that if other places had management like her they'd be the best restaurant in town their staff is incredible including the staff who work the grill and counter she is like a proud mama who has raised doctors they're all incredibly talented people and good at their job at Baja fresh I wish we had one in my side of town

Hands down the Best Spot for a Cheap Late Night Craving!! I definitely recommend the pork Carnitas Nachos! The 11.99 Nachos come way more loaded than the Burrito!! Also, they have a FREE water dispenser at the soda fountain!

Best food in vegas. Better than most sit-downs. If your coming from Luxor get off monorail at excalibur walk straight in straight back to back of casino. Its easy to find. Good prices good portions. Secret gem. 13.50 for steak fajitas

Love Love Baja Fresh, we used it 2 times on our 4 day stay, Breakfast Burrito and for Dinner. Fresh Food to pick from the Chefs fresh Salsas from the Cart, crispy chips. Chicken Tacos were great and the Carnitas Bowl was amazing. a little tucked away in the backside of the Casino . Lucky that we found it. Thank you

It’s located in rear end of the Excaliber. We went for Lunch, ordered Baja Bowl, Taco combo and Nacho Burrito. Each one had a different taste and authentic. Baja bowl is similar to normal bowl where we add all the protein and veggies. Nacho burrito is a burrito with Nacho sauce in it. Will definitely visit again.
