I think I had the best chicken Parm I've had in town! The shrimp pasta was also tasty. Great bread too! Service was a bit lacking. I think they only had to people working the front and the place filled up quick. Overall good food !
Orange Roughy Francese Dinner- loved the presentation!!! It was well seasoned, flavorful, flaky and delightful! Extremely yummy!
Chicken Pizzaiola Dinner- tons of flavors and spices. Chicken was juicy and tender! Very good!!! Yummy!
The bread was garlicky and buttery with toasty crust and warm and soft center. Sooooo good!
The stuffed artichoke honestly was the best one I have ever had in Vegas! Was extremely tasty and meaty and delicious!

Anyone who pretends to know great Italian in Vegas and is not talking about this restaurant is an imposter. The quality of the food brought tears to my wife's eyes as it was like her grandmother made. We have eaten in 100's of restaurants trying to find something close, and before tonight we have only left with disappointment.

Dinner began with a salad with a house made dressing, wow! Our waitstaff suggested we try it on our bread and before long I could have just filled up on the bread and dressing. My shrimp parm arrived and my wife's gnocchi, and we enjoyed a meal that defied description. It is hard not to either under or over cook the gnocchi and after one taste of it, and the meat sauce that had a flavor profile which requires hours of cooking to replicate.
Get off the Strip and enjoy a meal you are just not going to find, at half the price, that will have you returning several times before you leave.
You will not be disappointed. Food is good, especially the red sauce coming with calamari.
Nice little spot. Eggplant Parmesan was good. Bread was great! Server was nice.
Went to this restaurant for the first time yesterday. Food was delicious! Excellent customer service. Will definitely come back again soon!

My daughter had the chicken fettuccine (home made noodles) and it was phenomenally delicious!!! Wow! I ordered the warm chicken salad and it was huge and delicious! Highly recommend eating here!!! (We were able to apply a Groupon too which helped!)
My favorite Italian restaurant in Las Vegas. The food is amazing and their specials are fantastic. I have dined here so many times and I have yet to find anything that is less than delicious. Recently had the sea bass in the lemon butter caper sauce which was perfectly done and flaky. When they have the Dover sole I love to get that as well. The service is always top notch and the restaurant itself is cozy and welcoming. I highly recommend trying it out!

The bolognese was spicy in all the right places, acidic but not bitter, and parm on top of it opens up a creamy side that is just luscious on the fork. The pasta fagioli tastes way better than it looks. If you're gonna taste that good you ain't gotta look that wild. It hits all the notes without overloading. I had the stuffed artichoke, and I love artichokes, but this was a whole experience I wasn't ready for. Firstly the stuffing was what you want out of all the stuffings you've ever had or are going to have, them it had garlic on top that was basically melted and spreadable. The artichoke itself was done to perfection and made a soup out of itself that the fresh baked focacia absolutely needed to swim around in. The one thing you gotta watch out for is, when you're digging that delectable stuffing out of the middle of that big beautiful thing, the middle bits are still down there. Easy enough if you're not embarrassed about getting your fingers dirty for some delicacy, but be forewarned, artichokes and classy don't gotta go hand in hand. The espresso at the end might stave off my food coma, but if it doesn't I'll sleep happy and care-free knowing what I've done to myself and my tummy. It's easy to see why they've lasted 31 years in this location, way to go Pasta Mia West! The Original! 51 bucks for all of that and a beer!
I wish I found Pasta Mis sooner, it blew away the top name places I had dinner at previously, even the place that claims to be "the best Italian restaurant in Vegas" on trip adviser. Fresh and delicious customary Italian dishes, nice sized portions, reasonably priced. Actually a diamond in the rough, you would be totally wrong to judge Pasta Mia from the outside because inside, the service is top notch, the professional and friendly staff is matched with delicious food. From the chicken Parm to the lasagna, service and taste is that of what should be normally found in much higher end establishments. Don't get me wrong, Pasta Mia is a nice place, but the food and service really hits the jackpot, Thank you, to the great staff at Pasta Mia, my new go to Italian restaurant in Vegas
