10 stars! 8pm was the perfect time it was fresh and juicy chicken. The crinkle fries, the toast everything so tasty. Their sauce even better! Why don't I come here more often? Oh yeah cause it's $20 bucks for 10 fingers!

Restaurant drive thru was not busy they took my order right away spoke nice and clear and I could understand them. The sandwich was bomb really good, fries as well. Everything was Fresh. Canes is just delicious and fresh anytime you get it. I love Canes one of my favorite pleases to eat. Would recommend it, menu is simple and easy to order.

I must admit the chicken was a delightful surprise - perfectly cooked and incredibly juicy. And let's not forget about their lemonade; it was nothing short of magnificent! The majority of the employees were genuinely friendly and that they consistently maintained a clean dining room and restroom. This dedication to providing a pleasant dining experience is certainly commendable. However, as someone who has worked in customer service for over 18 years, with a significant portion of that time spent in management positions, I understand that friendliness alone does not always make customers feel truly welcome. I have developed a deep appreciation for exceptional customer service, and it is disheartening to witness anything less. Nonetheless, I recognize that inadequate training or a lack thereof often contributes to such shortcomings, ultimately placing the responsibility on the shoulders of management. During my extensive customer service experience, I have come to believe that greeting and consistently treating every customer with a welcoming attitude is of utmost importance. While I acknowledge that it may not always be easy, it is a standard that every establishment should strive for, and it is an area in which this particular Raising Cane's could improve. Moreover, it is crucial for management to lead by example in this regard. They play a pivotal role in setting the tone for the entire team, and by demonstrating a warm and inviting demeanor, they can inspire their employees to do the same. In this rapidly changing world, the importance of exceptional customer service should never waver. It should always remain a top priority for any business, including this particular Raising Cane's Chicken Fingers Franchise.

The cats at this location are some of the nicest and most efficient I've come across. Never have to wait long and even my punk rock fabulous self is greeted with a smile every time.
