Raising Cane's - Flamingo Rd

Ordered a caniac combo - chicken was delicious and moist. French fries were hot and freshly cooked. The coleslaw, dipping sauce, and toast was also very good in flavor. Also ordered a Sprite soda. Will definitely return for other meals. We ordered online so it was ready when we arrived. Long line at the drive thru and busy in the dining area also.. so glad we ordered ahead.

I must admit the chicken was a delightful surprise - perfectly cooked and incredibly juicy. And let's not forget about their lemonade; it was nothing short of magnificent! The majority of the employees were genuinely friendly and that they consistently maintained a clean dining room and restroom. This dedication to providing a pleasant dining experience is certainly commendable. However, as someone who has worked in customer service for over 18 years, with a significant portion of that time spent in management positions, I understand that friendliness alone does not always make customers feel truly welcome. I have developed a deep appreciation for exceptional customer service, and it is disheartening to witness anything less. Nonetheless, I recognize that inadequate training or a lack thereof often contributes to such shortcomings, ultimately placing the responsibility on the shoulders of management. During my extensive customer service experience, I have come to believe that greeting and consistently treating every customer with a welcoming attitude is of utmost importance. While I acknowledge that it may not always be easy, it is a standard that every establishment should strive for, and it is an area in which this particular Raising Cane's could improve. Moreover, it is crucial for management to lead by example in this regard. They play a pivotal role in setting the tone for the entire team, and by demonstrating a warm and inviting demeanor, they can inspire their employees to do the same. In this rapidly changing world, the importance of exceptional customer service should never waver. Chicken and sauce were both delicious! I read reviews that said to check tour order before leaving, but I didn’t and should have. I got a box combo - says so on the box - paid for 4 chicken strips, but got only 3. 😟 I’m not driving all the way back there in 5pm traffic, needless to say, for a missing chicken strip.Take a lesson from me and CHECK YOUR ORDER!
