Not sure why others have run this place down in reviews. I thought it was fine. It's a pseudo-fast food burger restaurant located in the mall attached to the Planet Hollywood casino on the Strip. The location is kind of at the back of the mall furthest from the street so you kind of don't know it is there unless you're looking for it or you happen to be strolling the mall.
We had lunch here a couple of weeks ago on a Friday. It's pleasant enough - very open to the concourse, bright and clean with a diner-ish feel. The ordering is counter service although once you've ordered and paid they will bring it to your table. We sat at the bar (the place, like pretty much everywhere in Vegas, is fully licensed).
Service was quick and the burgers were pretty good - I was neither blown away or disappointed, but satisfied. The bartender was friendly and helpful and the beer selection was quite reasonable given the locale.
Prices were reasonable for the Strip - we had a couple of pints along with the food and paid about $60 tip in. Cheaper than we would have had at the burger place in PH (although in fairness I can't compare the food), and no wait. If I was looking for a quick bite I'd have no problem returning here.
Good food, fast service. Service wasn't overly friendly or personal, but won't stop us from returning. Location is kind of hidden in the back of the mall, but worth the trek. One of few places that I have found corndogs on the menu.

It's all about the spiked milkshakes. I had the salted caramel milkshakes and it was fantastic. If ever I'm back in Vegas this place is on my must stop at list. I need another milkshakes.
Great Hotdog. Got in late and walked to this place on the strip, great service, quick clean and the hotdog - chilli dog was super. This place is pretty good.
Ella was the best waitstaff I’ve had in Vegas over multiple trips. The food prices are unbeatable, HUGE portions and best bang for your buck. They have different ketchups to try. The big yard drinks were made delicious as well. I will be back for sure and highly recommend!
This place made me write it down and remember to come back the next time I’m In the mall. Ella did a fantastic job and every drink she made was absolutely delicious. I got the morning glory burger and if you like a good breakfast burger you will love this burger. Thank you again Ella

Times I’ve dined in were at the bar Ella has been the bartender she is spontaneous, friendly and empathic with the guests who arrive. Ambience and service is always great whenever I come here. Not only the service is great but so is the food ! Love the LA dog and the burgers hit the spot :)
Best burger I've had of the 1/3 pound pattie variety, the staff is extremely friendly and very hospitable Ela was my server and she was very nice. The $10 burger and beer special you can't beat...don't over pay at other places. Go to the Miracle Mile shops and check this place out.
I had the veggie burger and it was very good. Not your average dry veggie patty. This one had good flavor and was very satisfying. It came with fries that were also very good. It’s a fast casual setting that you can order food to eat in the table area or have it packed to go.
My daughter and I could not decide where we wanted to eat and stopped for a drink, while we discussed our options. It was the best pit stop we ever had!!!! Ela greeted us with such positivity and warmth. Talked us into some of the best food we had in Vegas thus far! We went back everyday for the food and service. The burger was juicy, flavorful and the FRY’s omg the best ever!!! My daughter has the corn dog and loved it. Im telling you if you want delicious food and fantastic service than this is a must stop!!! Ela is the Diamond of this place! But everything was fantastic! I ate my food to fast to grab pictures but here my final couldn’t eat anymore!!! Ela makes the best drinks!! Oh the flavored ketchup amazing!! I’m in love🥰
For a place called Ketchup Premium Burgers you'd think the ketchup and burgers would be better. We did the line up of ketchups and only 1 was okay, the Sriracha, the rest were not great. The regular ketchup is good, it's Heinz so can't really go wrong I guess. The burgers were....burgers. Nothing special at all but nothing awful. The environment does make you forget that you're in the middle of a mall with hundreds of people walking by because of the loud country music they place. The employees weren't friendly or knowledgeable. You place your order then seat yourself and they bring the food to you. $14 for the classic burger, $16+ for all of the rest, it comes with fries and it does not come with a drink.
All in all, it was a burger, they were fries. We won't be returning.
This place is awesome located inside the mall but it’s super chill and laid back and drinks are very cheap the wings are amazing here and cheap as well customer service is very good I highly recommend
Fancy burger place. Pickles were sweet and slightly spicy. Burgers have just a dash of ketchup and no other condiments.
Different flavored ketchup and fry sauce to try. Tater tots were perfect.
So I was waiting in a long line for a Ramsey burger and searched for the best burger near me, and this place came up. 4 minute walk. So I jumped out of line walked over and there was no wait and I got to meet Ella at the bar who was an awesome server and took great care of me. I very much enjoyed the blue cheeseburger which I added jalapeños to. They said no problem. The burger was cooked to perfection and had a soft airy bun that held up well. The fries were shoestring and came out super hot super crisp, my favorite. Overall it was a fantastic experience and if you really don’t want to wait in that long line, come over here!
