Overall: 3.7/5 (take out)
Earl of Sandwich is located in the food court of the Palms. They have plenty of tables around for you to dine at, and the food court was kept clean.
Visit #1: I came on a Tuesday around 1:30 PM and there was no line. After I ordered, they gave me a buzzer. It took about 7 minutes for my food to be ready. I was recommended The Earl's Club ($8.99) which was good but small in size. The sandwich was also lacking meat so I felt like I was mostly eating bread. The bacon was cooked nicely though - not burnt nor too soft; I just wish they gave more as well instead of little strips (reference picture). I wasn't full after eating this so I don't think this is worth it and would rather go to Subway.
Visit #2: I came back on a Friday right before noon and it was busier than Tuesday. I was going to try the Turkey Apple & Brie but they didn't have the brie at the moment. I was recommended the Buffalo Chicken Wrap ($9.49) instead and added cucumbers ($0.25) to it. It was so refreshing from the tomatoes, lettuce, & cucumbers. The chicken is definitely not fresh and has the texture of the ones I get in the can or those plastic packages. They put a lot of buffalo sauce which made the chicken spicy and gave the wrap flavor. This was much more filling than the Earl's Club for sure.
A solid hot sandwich at a reasonable price. I had the 1762 The Original. Quality. A unique combination of ingredients that meshes well for a lot of flavor. The roast beef was tender and juicy. The sandwich was made to order and served hot in a foil wrapping. Plenty of sandwich for one person. No frills beyond that. Came with chips of your own selection and a fountain drink. I have been coming here for years and every sandwich I had was quality. This should be a favorite of people who like hot subs.
I’ve been here several times and never a bad experience. The sandwiches/employees are always great! Until today. The employee was great and friendly but I decided to expand my horizons and try the new Holiday Sandwich (Basically the Bobby from Caps) but not even close.
1 slice of turkey slapped across the whole bun with a lot of cranberry sauce and gross stuffing.
I won’t hold this experience against Earl though as I’m sure it was just a fluke. I just won’t try the Holiday again.
btw- it looked great just subpar in taste.
Ordered “The Original” sandwich (roast beef) with whole wheat bread.
Perfect-tasting sandwich. Seven dollars. Approximately nine inches.
WOW! How can we replace every Subway with an Earl of Sandwich? First timer and I'm in love. I had to go with the Holiday Turkey Sub because I love Thanksgiving. It was awesome! I really want to try the Caprese as well. The rest of the menu looks great but not sure if I can get past the Holiday Turkey Sub. The employee who helped me was extremely friendly and even when Panda Express across the food court snubbed my parents on napkins and forks she let me take a couple extra. I'm a "Vegas local" and I will honestly recommend this place and plan to return.
I have ordered a few times from this place. I have to say in my opinion this is the best sandwich shop I have eaten at in Vegas.
The sandwiches are always nicely prepared and packed. They are also very good. They are smaller than some other places but don't let that fool you, they are quite filling.
I will certainly return.
Great hot sandwiches, reminded me of fire house subs which is also bomb I highly Recommend this place to anyone who’s a sub fanatic like me
Very nice service, and the wrap and sandwich we had were delicious!!
Located inside the Palms casino.
The first time I saw Earl of Sandwich was in LA, California at Disneyland. I am really glad that they have one open out here.
I am a fan of tuna sandwiches, so I went for that. The bread was good, and the sandwich was made quickly and the ingredients tasted fresh. Decent price especially for being on the strip!
This place is a real good sandwich shop and it's inside a casino so you would expect it to be outrageously expensive but it's actually very decently prices. I really just like the bread they use, it's always fresh and it is kinda crunchy just like a baguette with a softer inside. The unique and beef and blue is my favorite not on the menu item . These are good sized sandwiches so I'm always full after lunch or a late night meal here.
