Fleming's Prime Steakhouse & Wine Bar

This is my 2nd time eating here, and it's left me speechless again. We had a party of 4 celebrating our wedding anniversary and chose Fleming's. We ordered Filet w/ colossal shrimp, Filet w/ diablo shrimp, Filet w/ scallops, & Filet w/ bernaise butter, mac and cheese, brussels sprouts, mushrooms, mashed potatoes. The sides are shareable and serve (I think) 3 people. It is a pricey establishment, but worth every dollar. The service is the best I've had, and the atmosphere is excellent. Highly recommend if you're in Vegas.

This was our first time here and we loved it! The service was awesome. We got a few cocktails, the burrata with prosciutto for an appetizer (might be our favorite part - it was that good!), a petite filet with bearnaise, a dry-aged ribeye with herbed horseradish, and we shared two sides - Fleming's potatoes and the mushrooms. To top it off, we had crème brûlée for dessert. Highly recommend!! We had a great experience with great food!

HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMEND. As far as affordable steak houses go, this is our go to. You can find gift cards for this place at Costco that bump down the price anymore, but for the value of this place it’s not 100% necessary. We came in for tomahawk Tuesday, and everything was beyond our expectations. Starting with the bread, taste was amazing, texture was perfect, and the different butters paired with it were both so different but both really great. Bread came out hot, not just warm, we loved it! Onto the salads, I got the Caesar while my wife opted for the house salad which were both tasty and had great portion sizes. Onto the highlight of the night, the steak, a 35oz tomahawk sliced table side…wow! We ordered medium and we're really happy with how it came out, perfectly pink and flavor was spot on. As for our sides we got the chipotle cheddar Mac and cheese with lobster (my favorite) and the baked potato which was also great. Our server was obviously experienced and had a lot of great suggestions to give us and we appreciated them all! He was always attentive to our drinks, making sure we were paid attention to, and didn’t make us feel rushed for how busy the restaurant was that night. Definitely recommend!!

Great experience celebrating an anniversary at Fleming’s Prime Steakhouse, Las Vegas Town Square. We were seated in a very comfortable, clean booth. Table service was attractively arrayed on a spotless white tablecloth. Our waitress arrived a short time later, presented our menus, took our drink orders. We made our selections an enjoyed the atmosphere while our food was prepared. Menu had no prices for dinner selections, but with varying prices for meats, believe this can be overlooked. Our server answered our questions about the prices of our selections. Our filet and ribeye were cooked just as we requested. The side of au gratin potatoes were uniquely prepared. The lobster bisque we ordered was flavorful and just right. Ordered an Old Fashioned to go with dinner. It was great. Service was attentive, yet not intrusive.
