One of the best meals I’ve ever had if not the best. Tons of flavor and our waiter was the best as well!
This was one of the best meals I've ever had. The service was great - our server Travis made some great recommendations and the manager, George, made some other great recommendations. We tried something from every menu section and every bite was amazing. Overall great experience and service, and would give it 6 stars if I could. Tapas is perfect - you can try all kinds of foods and never fill up entirely. Will be recommending this place to anyone traveling to Las Vegas.
Phenomenal dinner experience from start to finish. Our server, Nina, was attentive, friendly, and very knowledgeable about the food. The pacing of the meal was perfect. The atmosphere was sophisticated but whimsical. Food was incredible! The manager, Riccardo, came by to make sure everything had been perfect. He was kind, professional, and very clearly proud of this restaurant. It was a lovely way to celebrate my birthday. Thank you for a wonderful meal. We will absolutely be back!
é was great, service was immaculate, the food incredible and raecha and megan the manager were awesome in helping me set this dinner up for my daughter. Absolutely amazing. I will say this, they need to update their dining room to something more fitting of current vegas high end dining. Not a complaint, just an observation. Still 5 stars and the staff was superb.
This was the most incredible dining experience of my life. My friend reserved the entire room at é and invited me along. I had never had a dining experience like this, so I had nothing to compare it to. My friends who are all much more familiar with fine dining said this is one of their favorites.
But for a garlic farmer like me this was just a mind blowing experience.
Lovely atmosphere, the service was immaculate, the staff is fun and friendly and willing to answer an inquisitive country mouse like myself’s questions.
I am also a vegetarian, allergic to shellfish and don’t drink booze, but the staff did a great job accommodating me (some very tasty mocktails by telling the sommelier I trust his judgement-one was so good my drinking friends stole it and I had to have a fresh mocktail made). The staff would try and whisper how my meal was different from the rest. Eventually we just told them to tell the whole group how my dish was different as they were curious as well. I am gonna be dreaming about that Romensco sauce for years and none of my friends had it so I have no one to talk to about it with, which is the only problem.
My only note (but it is still 5 stars for me) is that it is very loud and very difficult to hear the chef or sommelier if you are the person closest to the door. I would say if you have difficulty hearing you really should insist on sitting on the far end as you’ll have a much easier time hearing and the loud music from the main restaurant won’t be as intensely loud. But other than that…PERFECTION. Just absolutely loved experiencing all these different flavor combos by professionals executing masterfully.
For the hype that this chain receives in Chicago, I was very excited to be able to get a reservation on the same day in Las Vegas. However, the food was underwhelming. The atmosphere was great - beautiful decor, lively, friendly, even romantic, staff was knowledgeable, attentive and polite.
The best dish we had was the squid ink seafood pasta. The flavor was just amazing. I would absolutely get it again. For octopus - not the best I’ve had. One small tentacle runs at $25 and it was a bit chewy.
In general, if it wasn’t for the ink squid pasta, I would be disappointed. If I return - it’s to try something else and for the pasta. We also ordered anchovies on tomato bread, gazpacho, and goat cheese ice cream.
Amazing experience with great food. Their level of accommodation to allergies was exceptional and absolutely went beyond, even before you arrive with detailed communication over email.
World renowned chef José Andreas has a team assemble approximately 25 tapas plates before your eyes. The preparation, presentation, flatware, wine offerings, etc are stimulating. Each dish has a story, is UNIQUE and captivates the senses.
Only 9 seats per sitting, dinner twice daily. The ambiance is cozy and interesting.

I love traditional Spanish tapas and paella; this place did not disappoint! The patatas bravas, unique salad, and vegetarian option paella are mouth-watering and delicious!
Stephanie was our server, and she was absolutely top-notch. She made my mom’s birthday and first dinner ever in Vegas super special! I cannot wait to go back.

A unique experience of culinary delight by a handful of talented chefs. Who wonderfully explain the process all surrounded by an intimate setting. Creative and tastefully inventive. Hands down a bucket list to check off if you have a list to do ever in your lifetime. If you’ve ever watched science of culinary methods, they’ve implemented many processes that I thought I’d never have the chance to experience. Make sure you take someone special because it’s something to experience and look back on.
