5 Stars ! Service, ambiance, location, view and most importantly the food. The freshest oysters that just melted in your mouth. The salad with fig puree and barata cheese mandarin oranges and candied walnuts was so good I could have made a meal of that alone. Even the rolls along with a special butter blend were top notch. Our main course of braised boneless shortribs with brussel sprouts, mushrooms and carrts on mashed potatoes was an absolute 10! Words can not do this masterpiece justice. I am a bit of a snob with beef usually sticking with filet, bone in rib eye or rack of lamb but the waiter highly recommended this dish and boy am i glad he did. For desert we ordered cheesecake with blood orange sorbet with fresh blueberries & puree. The cheesecake had a crystalized sugar creme brulee loijke topping and was amazing. I can not wait to go back.

Loved it!!! The place was very nice, From the entry way to being seated to our table. The staff was very accommodating. The food and experience is well worth going back to it. We had the Wogu steak dinner for two and I have to say that was very good and entertaining. The chef/owner cooked it tableside, I highly recommend it. It is in Desert Shores so you can see the Lake and the decorations are great. This place is already rated as a top restaurant to dine in. It is Fine dining, Great for going there on a date. I loved it.

I've lived in Vegas for 45 years and have never heard of this restaurant. A friend recommended we try it for my birthday dinner. I now can't wait to go back again and again. The atmosphere and ambiance are classic. While there's a quaint bar area in the front, the main dining area in the back overlooks the lake. It's peaceful, romantic, beautiful, and classic elegance. Our waiter for the evening was Skylar. At our age, we've learned to appreciate a skilled waiter as opposed to just a server who takes your order and drops off your food. Skylar's attentiveness and attention to detail was impressive. His knowledge of the menu helped with final meal choices. If you go, request him! Finally, the food. There was not one thing we ordered that we weren't completely impressed with. My husband raved about the charred octopus while I finished off the Nikis Shrimp. We tried each others steak and salmon meals and were equally impressed. Feeling adventurous, we tried the Cauliflower and Raisins. Pure flavor explosion. The cauliflower had almost a candy crunch to the exterior and was served with soft, golden raisins. I could eat that every day. Be brave. Order it. You'll thank me. The perfect ending to a perfect evening was the dessert. Pumpkin Swirled cheesecake, Vanilla Bean Crème brûlée and decaf coffee. I can't say which we enjoyed more. This restaurant has just officially become our new favorite go-to for great food, great service, and a wonderful evening. Side note to this review. We were super impressed with the pricing. They could easily have charged much higher prices for the location, food quality, and service. It's refreshing not to feel price gouged after leaving dinner in an upscale restaurant.

This was my first visit to Americana restaurant in Las Vegas on The Lakes. The food was delicious: the steaming hot shrimp ravioli was luscious, legit anchovy Caeser salad with its custom homemade giant crunchy croutons balanced my palette with the light yet lovely authentic salad dressing delicately slathered on top. The sauvignon blanc paired a salmon plate with side ginger carrot glaze and the flavored chicken breast dush went down easily. The server accommodated our move off lakeside seating to an inside atrium linen tablecloth table due to post sunset Fall mosquitos arriving. He was semi-attentive during the meal. He accidentally delivered the glazed salmon that had been ordered specifically ON the side. However, he quickly swapped it within minutes for the correct version. He surprised our birthday guest with a candle-lit cupcake. Was a bit pricey. Not packed. It is surprising upon entering an unexpected walk to dine. The odd, off path entrance and artsy pockety vintage-furniture lined rooms past an old wooden interior bar, then passing a coral and fish aquarium lead to linen dining tables with atrium chandeliers and a lake view. Overall, it was a good experience. I might return once for a winter dinner view when lake homes may boast colorful holiday lights that reflect on the water.

Last week w celebrated our Post Wedding Brunch at Americana Restaurant in Las Vegas and we want to express our appreciation regarding the service we were offered. It gives us immense pleasure to thank you all for letting us enjoy the party from the very beginning. The interior and the atmosphere in the restaurant were commendable. It uplifted our mood and inspired us to enjoy it to the fullest. Besides, all of the staff, right from the welcome ladies to the servers were so cordial that we felt a homely appeal. Needless to mention, the party was an excellent memoir to be remembered for a long time. The food tasted delicious, was properly cooked and presented. We were so happy when our friends expressed that they had an excellent dish and ate up to their full stomach. I would not hesitate to recommend your establishment to any food lover. Once again thanks the Events Assistant Manager Cecelia for everything she has done to make our brunch a wonderful success. Sincerely, Maggie and Anthony

The ambiance is wonderful, the wait staff very attentive. Francisco made us feel welcomed and made sure we were comfortable and orders correct. Though we were not seated by the lake we had an excellent view. The Caesar salad had purple romaine with an excellent dressing, the chopped salad was excellent. The teriyaki chicken sandwich was good taste but had a soggy bottom. Try the sorbet dessert. Wow!

The restaurant is beautiful, it was nice dining by the lake. The beef tartare was incredible, so were the braised ribs but the halibut looked nothing like the picture on the online menu and was the only thing I’d call lackluster. Definitely doing the salmon next time if we return !! Also great desserts !!

Fine dining at the best price! Brunch menu is delicious and such a great value. Sat outside with a view of the desert shores lake, the ducks, beautiful out door awnings and tents. Perfect for a nice spring day! Service was 10000% and it wasn’t pretentious at all. The smoked lox croissant was fancy af, and the pastry basket was definitely worth it. we also got the chicken sandwich with fries— EVERYTHING IS SOO GOOD! including the fresh orange juice. Portions were PERFECT. Highly recommend

We had dinner before sunset in early October outside where the weather was just perfect. Service was excellent and timely. Food was absolutely beautiful and delicious. Only complaint is the Lobster Mac n Cheese is really only Mac n cheese with 2 bites of lobster, maybe 3 if you are lucky. It was still good but disappointing since we planned on sharing it. For deserts I highly recommend the Creme Brule, oh my goodness. Bonus: We watched ducks, fish and turles swimming in the lake while we waited for our food. Heads Up: It can get noisy outside because they have wedding receptions at the location next door. We will definitely return. Great date night or brunch spot.
