The Cheesecake Factory

3 visits in a week. I ordered the fried zucchini sticks each time. They were lightly fried, and crispy. They were amazing! I loved them. I haven't experienced good zucchini sticks like this since the 80's at White Spot restaurant in British Columbia. I also had their old fashioned strawberry cheesecake and it did not disappoint. The surprise though was the key lime mango 🥭 cheesecake. It was absolutely delicious. On my last visit, I had their Thai chicken salad, and it was a large portion, easily good for 2 and extremely tasty. Get the fried zucchini, and ask them to fry it lightly to a golden brown. You won't be disappointed. I'll have to return on my next visit to Vegas.

This is my favorite location of Cheesecake Factory. The staff is always friendly and attentive and the dining room and kitchen are clean. The restrooms are also well kept which can be difficult with there being a door to the outside right next to the restrooms. The food is always prepared properly (in my personal experience) and is served at proper temperatures for the dishes being served. The atmosphere here seems like it would be rushed and loud but once you are seated that seems to change and you can hold a conversation without shouting across the table.

The menu is huge, yet everything I have tried there is perfect. My wife and I stopped in for supper the other night and decided just to get pasta this time. She went with the angel hair pasta with shrimp and I had the chicken alfredo. Both were delicious and we were so full we decided on just one slice of cheesecake and we would need to take it to go. Always busy but the staff is top notch and the food comes quick. 5 stars for sure. We had the strawberry cheesecake this time, can't wait to try them all

We arrived at about 6pm and waited for around 7 minutes for a table. We were greeted by Alecea with a big smile and very helpful. Waited for about 30 minutes for our dishes to arrive. They all arrived together so that was good that we all (3) ate together. The atmosphere was great and the food was very tasty. The only downside was the very dirty floor in the mens bathroom.

With an extensive selection of over 30 cheesecakes, choosing just one was a challenge in itself. Ultimately, I settled on the classic Original Cheesecake, and it did not disappoint. The velvety texture, creamy richness, and graham cracker crust all worked harmoniously to create a heavenly finale to my dining experience. While my overall experience at The Cheesecake Factory was exceptional, there were a few minor areas where improvement could be made. The restaurant tends to get quite busy, resulting in longer wait times during peak hours. However, the attentive staff did their best to ensure that customers were well taken care of despite the bustling environment. Another aspect worth mentioning is the generous portion sizes.
