I love this place, been visiting here consistently since it was opened! I’ve been to the original location under the Brooklyn Bridge in 2001. The staff is professional and courteous, always is very happy to help in any way! I was looking for the same experience in quality from my visits to NYC before this company became a chain. I was very surprised it was just as I remembered! Great job Grimaldis!

I've been to the OG Grimaldi's in NYC, and this is absolutely as good! The pizza is perfection! Good balance of flavors, crispy yet soft crust, perfect toppings. Caprese was fresh and tasty. The chocolate cannoli was delicious! Good wine selection at very reasonable prices ($10/glass as opposed to $18 at other places). The atmosphere was relaxed upscale. Our waiter was attentive and friendly. I'm coming back every time I'm in Vegas.

Stopped by Grimaldi's Pizzeria at Grand Canal Shoppes in The Venetian Resort and what an incredible find! We indulged in "The Don" – a delightful blend of Italian sausage, meatballs, and pepperoni atop their traditional pizza. The brick oven cooking gifted us with a crust that was perfectly crispy and golden. As a party of two, we found the 16" size to be just right. If you're contemplating between sizes, the 12" might leave you wanting a bit more. Highly recommend this place for anyone seeking authentic flavors and an unforgettable pizza experience in Las Vegas.

Love Grimaldi’s pizza in Palazzo.The restaurant itself is really nice decorated ,with great NY photos from days past, and wine bottles over the light fixtures. It has a very New York Italian feel to it! The restaurant is very clean and inviting. We have been coming to Grimaldi’s for years. The management at this location is always attentive and makes sure everything is top notch . The management will go an extra mile to please their customers . We have eaten in and gotten it to go, never had an issue. The Grimaldi’s pizza is a coal-fired pizza and I believe that is a secret to a delicious pizza. They use only fresh ingredients and you can taste the difference in every bite. The crust is cooked to perfection in the brick oven, the mozzarella is perfectly portioned on the slice, the sauce is sweet and perfectly balanced, and the pepperoni has an amazing spice that complements all the other flavors you’re getting. Very good pizza, great service, very friendly and welcoming atmosphere. Definitely a local, family feel with great pizza and wonderful employees! Highly recommended from a loyal customer that has been coming to Grimaldi’s for years!
