Super big menu when you walk in- IMPOSSIBLE to miss. Fair prices & friendly service match the spacious laid back, classic picnic table ambiance. We had: The Duo meat combo w/ Brisket & spare ribs. Brisket was lean & flavorful. 8/10 Spare ribs were completely delicious. 10/10 The Seafood Combo w/ catfish & fried shrimp. Shrimp was out of this world 9/10 & catfish moist & crispy 7.5/10. Hush puppies 10/10 big flavor, nice crunch. Mac & cheese was well made, very peppery with a lightly cooked cheddar cheese top layer. 7/10 The Spudtastic- loaded baked potato w/ chopped brisket- potato was a bit over cooked but flavors were delicious. 8/10 The corn nuggets 10/10 So happy to have found this place!!! Will be back! ☺️

Had to get off the main strip and get some real food. My girlfriend suggested this place so I headed on over and everyone was super nice. Grabbed the two meats and a side menu item, and was advised that the brisket and spare ribs were the go to and it did not disappoint. Pair em with some of their hot sauce or their vinegar sauce and you'll be lip smacking, pulling at the bone by the end of your meal. Worth the Uber if you're a traveler

This did not disappoint!! Tastes just like back home! My partner and I tried a variety of different meats and sides and somehow ate every last bite. Favorite meats were the pork and chicken, which were moist and and smoked perfectly. A nice variety of sauces to please everyone! This place is a must if you're looking for good BBQ. Plenty of parking, comfortable seating for all party sizes and nice atmosphere that highlights the brand

I loved the food. Their BBQ is definitely worth a try. Been there twice in 1 week in Vegas! Took one star off for their prices for the chicken wings.... 8 dollars per piece?! While a meal costs 18? Are we sure...? That was a little annoying to find out after we paid our bill. But enjoyed the burnt edges of the brisket to the maximum. Will be back again :)

Probably one of the best “not fancy” meals you’re going to have in Vegas. We tried a little bit of everything - I feel confident saying this is going to be some of the best bbq you’ve had. Some highlights, in no order: the beef ribs, the bbq meatloaf (it’s made of brisket- give it a try, promise!), macaroni and cheese, collard greens (but I’m partial), and some of the best dirty rice I’ve had! Perfect for the off- strip lunch when you just don’t want to deal with the crowds! Go Hogs!

Rollin Smoke Barbeque is a barbecue lover's paradise, and my recent visit left me utterly delighted. From the moment I walked in, the tantalizing aroma of smoked meats greeted me, which brought me back to my military days when I was stationed at Fort Hood in Texas. The stage was set for an exceptional dining experience. The highlight of Rollin Smoke is undoubtedly the barbecue itself. I ordered the brisket, ribs, and hot links platter, and each bite was a revelation. The brisket was expertly smoked to perfection, boasting a melt-in-your-mouth tenderness that is the hallmark of exceptional barbecue. The ribs were fall-off-the-bone tender, with a smoky flavor that was simply divine. The hot links were succulent and packed with smoky and spicy flavors. What truly sets Rollin Smoke apart is the artistry in their smoking process. The meats are given the time and attention they deserve, resulting in a depth of flavor that's nothing short of spectacular. The smoke ring, the bark, and the juiciness all demonstrated the dedication to perfecting the craft of barbecue. The barbecue sauces deserve special mention. They offer a range of flavors, from sweet and tangy to spicy, allowing you to customize your barbecue experience. I couldn't get enough of the spicy sauce—it had the perfect kick to complement the rich, smoky meats. Rollin Smoke offers an impressive array of sides that are just as noteworthy as their barbecue. One standout is the mac 'n' cheese, which boasts a creamy and comforting texture that's sure to please. Another must-try is the Hush Puppies, which are savory, deep-fried round balls made from a cornmeal-based batter. These sides elevate the overall barbecue experience and serve as the perfect complement to any meal. The atmosphere at Rollin Smoke is reminiscent of an old, rustic southern setting, complete with a laid-back vibe that's perfect for savoring great food with loved ones. The staff is friendly and attentive, further enhancing the overall atmosphere of hospitality that abounds here. Rollin Smoke Barbeque is more than just a restaurant; it's a barbecue pilgrimage that every meat enthusiast should embark upon. The dedication to quality, the depth of flavor, and the sheer deliciousness of the barbecue make it a must-visit destination. My experience at Rollin Smoke was a celebration of smoky perfection, and I can't wait to return for another mouthwatering journey into the world of barbecue excellence.

So as you can see I like to eat. I ordered the all you can eat for one hour ($50) and it was worth it. My first one bone beef rib was great but the second one was damn near burnt on corners. The shrimp is good but the sliced brisket was on the dry side and wasn't hot like the ribs. The chicken wings weren't bad but I couldn't eat the fried jalapeños because it was wrapped in bacon and I don't eat pork. Having red kool-aid was a plus. Their ice cream was nice and thick and the peach cobbler was good. Salad was OK I have no complaints. Staff are very friendly and make you feel welcomed. Get there early because it gets busy quick. The lady at the desk warned me I wasn't going to make it to one hour so I had to tell her how I get down. I'll end this by saying not only was she right but I left in pain trying to show off but don't tell her 🤫. I do recommend this place if you're in vegas but you might not want to buy the all you can eat unless you can eat a lot or wasn't the beef ribs. The beef ribs are like $21 a bone, you do the math and that's for just the ribs no drink or sides.

This place was amazing! The service was excellent and the food was even better! They have so much seating inside. They also have seating outside, but it's limited. They have a lot of different sauce options. Their waffle fries are the best fries I've ever had! Highly recommend!!!

When I tell you this place is a 10 out of 10! I’m a Florida girl visiting Las Vegas for the first time. If I don’t go home a winner from the casino, at least I hit the jackpot 🎰 finding this place. The young lady Chris was outstanding! She was so nice, took her time sharing with us answers about the menu. I was eating my food telling my babe, I couldn’t wait to write a review about my experience. 10 across the board!

A GREAT BBQ place. We were looking for something off the strip...to get away from the hustle and bustle. Some of the best BBQ I've had in a while. I had the brisket 3 ways, with collard greens and mac and cheese. My wife had the loaded baked potato with pulled pork. Then we shared a order of the banana pudding. All were amazing! Will be back!
