Our first time here - I got the Palace Pan Roast at a 7 - it was absolutely perfect..! I like spicy food so I would probably try an 8 next time. She ordered the seafood pan roast at a 4 and it was significantly less flavorful - she said she would get a 7 next time and she does not like very spicy food! Wait time was under an hour on a late Thursday morning before Christmas - but the line moves pretty fast for only 18 seats at the bar. Highly recommended for a fantastic experience!

I found the raw oysters to be impressively large, plump, and fresh. The Manhattan clam chowder was notable for its flavorful sauce and contained a generous amount of chunks, resulting in a hearty, chewy texture. However, the Mussels Steamer, while decent, was rather average and didn't quite match the quality of the other dishes.

If you like oysters and sea food, you need to visit "the Oyster bar" located inside of the Las vegas "palace station" hotel and casino. This is a small bar that sits around a dozen visitors at one time. Therefore, be prepared to wait in line for a long time before you can be seated. (we waited like 2 1/2 hrs. But it was worth it) The food was prepared fresh rigth in front of us, also we were treated very kindly. I ordered a "bouillabaisse" which is like a seafood stew, and believe me, it was delicious, served with steamed rice. My wife ordered a dozen oysters and a clam chowder, and she had nothing but good things to say. It was definitely very tasty. All the food was prepared with perfection. I also heard everybody around the bar giving compliments to the chef. At this time, i would like to give my respects and admiration to chef "Lorenzo" for being so friendly and courteous with the visitors and his excellent and succulent way of cooking. A+.

18 seats and 6 burners... At any time of the day/night, there is at least a 30 min wait. At 4am, i waited an hour. The service is great and they cook it relatively fast once you sit. My usual go-to is the pan roast but i think i might like the cioppino more. The pan roast is creamier. As far as spice goes, i can tolerate a lot of spice. An 8 was just a hint so I'd probably go full 10 next time.

It's one of the best places to eat in Vegas and it's open 24 hrs. Remember, it's an oyster bar, so it's only has bar seating, so sometimes it's a wait but worth it. Reasonably price too. Service is great. Like i said before, it is 🔥. Can't beat this place.

Veryyyy long line but the pan roast is 100% worth it. Very creamy and rich but not heavy. The gumbo is pretty good too but if you can only get one thing, definitely the pan roast

Excellent every single time. We have been coming here for years, and eat here at least once per trip. Many of the staff have worked here for years. So it’s fun to see them and catch up. Huge portions we usually share the Palace Pan Roast. Picture is of the split in two bowls and one portion of rice. The last picture is to show even with sharing I can not finish it all !

I have been coming to this place for the past 10 years! I was introduced to it by my parents who have been coming here since the late 90s. The Combo pan Roast with a side of rice is the best thing ever! The palace station is the only place to go for the oyster bar. They have them at other casinos but its not the same to me. Its worth the wait to come to this location. Just be prepared to stand in line for 1 to 2 hrs for a seat at the bar.

Had a chance to eat here and luckily for me the wait wasn’t too bad. Under an hour and 20 mins. So be prepared to wait to dine since there’s only about 20 seats as it’s an actual bar seating. You get to watch as the chef and staff prepare your meals. No time limit on dining. I over ordered as my eyes was bigger than my stomach. Serving size is generous. Love the place, it’s a must if you get a chance.
