Restaurant is always clean. Food is always fresh, and delicious. And the staff is always super friendly.
We love this place, absolutely love it. We order through the app at least once a week! However, more times then I can count, we’ve had to call and/or drive back to the store because something is always missing from our order or made wrong. I work in the food industry as well and understand stuff happens, so I try to be pleasant when driving back up there or calling to have our order fixed…but it gets old. Usually when we order take out, it’s because we had a long day and don’t feel like cooking. So when we have to do a second trip to Qdoba because our order is wrong constantly, it gets annoying, especially when we just want to relax from a long day.
The store quickly became busy as we got in line to order dinner. Tye was awesome! Jumping in anywhere he could to help. Half way through our wait extra staff came out to help and the line quickly died down. Tye didn't seem a bit stressed by the quick pick up in speed and nor direction given to hop back to his station. He was ever so pleasant to engage with as we paid for dinner. Just wanted to acknowledge a great member of your team :) I gave atmosphere 3 stars though because the cranked AC made the seating area feel unwelcoming.
The meats tend to be well done and over cooked sometimes. Some of the employees are wonderful, they have great attitudes and work ethics. A few have poor attitudes and do not care if the food is prepared good. One young girl in particular, her poor attitude makes me cringe while engaging with her.
I had not been to Qdoba since before the pandemic and my wife's passing, but I had a coupon from T-Mobile so I went the other day and wow, the food was delicious! The restaurant was clean and the staff was friendly. I had a chicken burrito entree, and it was huge! They make it just the way you like it You can choose whatever toppings you want but into it. I absolutely loved it, and I will definitely be going back again!
So incredibly consistent. I work down the road and I have ordered from this particular Qudoba for about once a week for the last five years. It’s as consistent as anything can be. Whoever runs the place deserves a high five.
I eat here more often then my waistline likes, lol. Service is top notch, food is amazing, and the environment is great! I always had friendly service, and never have been disappointed in the food quality. The only thing that I find I can pick at is that the burritos can be THICCC, causing them to rip apart when you try to eat. So, make sure to grab extra napkins lol.

Love the food, and Marie is AMAZING! she's friendly, really knows her stuff and works so hard. Marie is always reliable and a pleasure to work with.
Full crew and excellent, friendly service at 11am . The hot and sweet chicken burrito was very good....... Extremely pleased that I walked out of their competitors 'C' new building down the street due to backed up slow service with what appeared to be unhappy employees and customers standing around at 11a with loud music.
Pretty good place, I wish they didn't have cross contamination and I wish the employees were happier but what can we do, we live in a sad world.
