I won't go on long about the food here as most everyone has either been here or knows of Deluca's. I went with the 12" pizza, ham & mushrooms along with extra sauce. Everything was as ordered and delicious. What I really want to mention here is the service I received (this was a couple weeks ago). I've been going here for 40 years and have never had bad service but this time was even better. My server's name was Larry and he was beyond outstanding. It wasn't just that he was attentive and checked back often, it was his overall presence for lack of a better word. His positive, outgoing attitude was just awesome and you could truly see he was genuine and loved what he was doing. He treated every table that way and just made the place light up. What a gem you have with this guy!

Seriously outstanding, food outweighs the lanky service!!!! Sarah is horrible, out you get stuck with her...kindly ask for another server. My pizza was perfect, the ppl at the table had cold chicken, another customer didn't get her salad until everyone was half way done.

Hands down Deluca's is the best pizza in Lansing. The toppings are all the real deal, not out of a can. I've been eating their pizza for 32 years and the recipe hasn't changed for good reason. I can't speak so much for the other Italian entree's there, although, people I know enjoy everything on the menu. As long as I live in Lansing I'll continue to enjoy their great pizza!

Ordered pizza for a group of 20, per their request as I'm from out of town. Order was ready for pickup as promised. Pizza was amazing and very well recieved by all! The breadsticks were also very good and they were huge. I think our order was messed up from what was ordered vs delivered, but their specialty pizzas are so good that no one noticed. Very good, highly recommend.

Living in TX & craving Deluca's. Promised myself this treat once I came home for a visit. Ordered the vegetarian pizza. It was good but not the GREAT tasting pizza that I remember. And they didn't add the broccoli which I didn't realize until after I left. Wasn't that impressed with my desert of choice either (cannoli.) But server Mary 15 was absolutely AWESOME! Very sweet woman!

Last night: my wife and I had a great time, it was a full house so we dined at the bar. Spaghetti with meatballs was delicious as was the Deluca's special fettuccine with shrimp. Portions were big. The salads could be fresher, with wilted romaine in the Caesar's.
Last year: Great service, nice ambiance, tasty pizza, the Caesar's salad was big but swamped in dressing and the lettuce could have been fresher.

My husband and I love Deluca's. We think it is the best Italian restaurant in the Lansing area. We love their veal parmigiana with spaghetti. It's a family restaurant kind of on the outskirts of town without much around it. Parking and wait times are tough on the weekends but you won't be disappointed. Great prices, great service, large portions and relaxing atmosphere.
