Church's Texas Chicken

Under new management and ownership. Been going there for years so I'm very aware of the location. Today was new staff training day and of course there's issues. Not good when you are hungry. The vibe was different. The new owner properly took ownership of the issues, calmly resolved them and trained up the new people. Compensated my order. I'm a happy and satisfied customer.

These biscuits are hard as a rock no honey no butter or anything on top of them just dry biscuits whoever the young lady was at the counter a black chick with glasses kind of heavy set very rude and professional I'm not spending my money here again big fire ants on the counter could have bitten any customer

Well, I'm gonna say that people were nice, friendly and respectful, but they missed one of my sides, they didn't put in ketchup and they took too long for to get my biscuits ready, finally when they had everything for my order the chicken tenders were cold. That's all that I can say, judge for yourselves.

The location use to be one of the best ones but now it’s just horrible I went in today for some spicy chicken.first off it took 5 min before they even took my order then when she finally did they didn’t have any spicy chicken breast which they haven’t had in months so I was like fine give me the spicy dark meat I say how long it’s been sitting up she say I can’t even give a number I said that means it been too long she say I wouldn’t say it’s been hours or nothing like that maybe like 30 plus mins I said that’s ok mamm and left

Lancaster Church's was our second stop. Their service was impeccable.It was great. This was AFTER we left the DESOTO Church's because they NEVER have anything available. Chicken strips are always 'sold out' or frozen. Lancaster Chruch's will forever have my business. Thank you for being great Church's Lancaster, Tx!!
