Chipotle Mexican Grill

It’s disappointing to wait 20 minutes past your pickup time for your order when going through the line is only taking people 5-10 minutes. When I finally got to the park to eat my food I had missing ingredients and my bowl was literally half empty. I’ve had these same issues at this location several times. I can understand a mistake once in a while, but my last 3 visits have been this way. I’ll upload a picture of what $10.60 got me with my last pickup order. That’s my untouched meal when I took the lid off. Wasn’t too surprised but really? $10.60 should afford me at less at an entire meal…

I hope the owner reads this review. My son fell right out the back of the chair while sitting and hit his head on the concrete and hit his spine on the bottom bar of the chair. Those chairs are unsafe for kids and very dangerous. A very bad design that need to be fixed before someone else gets hurt.

This has been my home chipotle for 10+ years. They never have my online order ready, it’s usually wrong, the place is always dirty, they are always out of things (which just means they didn’t prep enough in the morning, I used to work at a chipotle), the workers always seem overwhelmed, The food is some of the worst at chipotle ever, and tonight they are cash only. Just go to the other Chipotle across town
