This was a nice place for a lunch break after morning shopping. The dinning area was clean, well lit and welcoming.
Service was good, very attentive. Once she heard us speaking spanish, she quickly made the switch to communicate with us in the same language.
Food was good, well done, crispy chicken sandwich and 3 piece chicken with fries. We were given extra plates for the meal being shared. The only downside, coleslaw it takes 24 hours to make.🤷♀️
It was not crowded. Plenty of places to park.
It's also located walking distance to outlet area. But most are vacant. It is a drive away for Tanger, Kohls, Target among others.

This KFC is down the street from Dutch Wonderland and after a long day in the park, it was nice to get some hot fried chicken since there's no KFC near us.
Pulled up to the drive through and waited a few minutes before someone greeted us. Worked out well so we could look at the menu more thoroughly. They have the family size buckets of chicken with 8 pieces, 12 pieces, or 16 pieces. We ordered the 12 piece bucket which comes with 3 sides. You can choose from fries, Mac and cheese, mashed potatoes and gravy, and sweet corn. The meal also comes with 6 biscuits. You can choose from original, extra crispy, or get it mixed.
They were very generous with the portion sizes, we had big pieces all throughout the bucket which was a first for us. The chicken was soft and flavorful, the sides were delicious, and the biscuits were so good. The lady who served us was so nice and gave us extra sauce.
This location also has a Long John Silvers so get your fish on!
Definitely recommend this KFC location!
Most food is great, fried chicken and some breaded fish and shrimp. These are the ones not so great, but not bad.
Overall when I have ordered chicken it is great.
Good parking and dine in now open. (They seem to close dining in 1 hour before drive through for those wanting to come in, you can stay until 8 if you are in before 7pm.)
Good staff.

Best KFC I tasted in years and nice to have a Long John Silvers to. The fist was tender with a crispy breading, most places in London can't get right.
I randomly asked my friend to drive me to KFC after school and it was the best decision of my life. I will now be eating/getting food there all the time. We went through the driveway, it was quick and the food… best chicken I’ve had in a whileeeee, the biscuit and the fries had me almost in tears. I am not one to share my food but I had to share with my friend and it’s safe to say we will be coming back. Thank you so much.
I can't find any fast casual restaurants that serve a better fried fish than Long John Silver's. A moist meaty filet of fish enclosed in a crunchy well season batter dashed with malt vinegar is just pure delicious. This place also has great service to go with the meal.
Was very excited to come across LJS in Lancaster today! The food was piping hot and made to order. By far was the best LJS meal I have had in years. The fish, chicken and shrimp were cooked to perfection. The hush puppies were crunchy on the outside and so fluffy on the inside and so willingly soaked up the malt vinegar. Today was a throwback for me. Next time I’m back this way I will stop again. As of today the dining room was still closed due to COVID, but don’t let that deter you as the tables outside helped us to dine comfortably. I highly recommend!
Uncustomarily fast service, really fast food for a change. My wife is addicted to their breading. She can see a Long John Silvers sign a mile away!
What a difference today. Slower than molasses. Only two people working at lunch time so no dedicated cook??? Took five minutes at the counter before we were even acknowledged, another five for someone to come take the order and 15 more to get our food. Saw five parties give up and walk out before we go our food. They won't last long at this rate! Nobody bothered to shovel the whole sidewalk area, one handicapped parking spot was totally blocked with snow and the other forced you to walk 50 feet out of your way to get to the door. Is that not illegal in Pennsylvania?
Gotta be honest. The people are the reason for 5 stars. The food is good KFC and LJS stuff, and mix and match is great. In fact, it's why I come to this location which is out of my usual way. But the workers are so kind and so sweet... they really make the experience. So thanks, y'all, if you get to see this.
