Absolutely loved the food. The service was absolutely amazing. Really enjoyed the very welcoming atmosphere. I really enjoyed the conversations I had with a couple of the ladies there and I loved seeing the smiles I left on their faces. This CRST truck driver will be back asap. I absolutely love this place. Hope to visit again really soon. I love places like these. They are very comforting. I was glad to leave the waitress I had a very good tip. Those ladies sure know how to leave a man smiling all day.
Excellent food, excellent friendly service. I marked it down a half point only because the building was older. I could eat here often. But we are just passing thru.
This is a pretty good Florida style BBQ joint. They give you a good portion for your money and the flavor is ok. I have to say that over all I find florida BBQ to be very bland. I prefer a flavor profile with some eat and a little heat. Floridas flavor profile is smoke and little else. I much prefer Memphis and Texas BBQ to florida. That being said I would recommend this joint...... The wait staff was very nice and they make good beans and slaw. Ps they have some good ice tea.
Good simple food with no frills. Side were nothing to brag about but the chicken and pork sandwich hit the spot for a very reasonable price. I'd come again next time we go see the manatees.

I had dinner at Fat Boy's recently and noticed the prices have increased quite a bit. I was disappointed in the amount of food for the price. The BBQ pork was very fatty without much meat and the portions of beans and coleslaw were tiny. The food tasted good but not much for the price. Our waitress has been working there for a long time and the service she provided was excellent.
The barbecue at fat boys is delicious. The servers are super friendly manager. Does a great job taking care of his employees. I enjoy their food whenever I am in Lake Wales.
I ordered The Feast, and that's exactly what I got! I was very impressed with the amazing service with beautiful smiles. The food was exquisite and prepared with proper care and concern. The environment was comfortable, clean, and friendly. I really loved the rustic vibe. Very pleasant. I highly recommend this place!
Love a throwback to the days when everybody knows everybody. I visited for the first time with some friend and the entire lunch crowd was regulars and everyone was enjoying great food and fellowship.
A group of 13 of us decided to go here for lunch. Only one of us had ever been there to eat before. We showed up unannounced right during the lunch hour. We got seated right away. Our waitress, Connie, was so friendly & our food was great. The Cole Slaw is the best I have ever had. We even got some “To Go”! We will definitely be back. Thank You!
Awesome chicken wings...service is great (Angela). Ordered the deluxe combo, it was OK. The garlic bread made the meal. Wife ordered the Fat Boy sandwich which I had a taste and it was amazing.
Had the "Platter for 2" and it was AWESOME! As a chef, I love good value for money and Fat Boys Bar-B-Q doesn't disappoint. Our platter was loaded with smoked sliced Beef, Pork and Chicken, Ribs, Chicken Wings, Smoked Turkey, Beans, Slaw, a mountain of perfect Fries and Garlic Toast! There were 2 of us and we had to take some home! (and we came HUNGRY!) I really love the Bar-B-Q Sauce here, it's among my Top 5 All Time Sauces. Wish I could take a bottle or 10 home, they'd make great Holiday presents to my family, scattered all over America! Awesome!

There's no place like this in South Florida. We don't have any down south in Palm Beach county. And the people here could not be nicer the barbecue is great. You can't get a more local's place than this.
