The food was prepared Perfectly. I had Scallops, Jean had Lamb. The flavors, were just amazing. Scallops had a beautiful sear on one side that was caramelized and yet were tender and soft all through. We shared Brussels Sprouts that again were seared and had some incredible flavor that I couldn't quite define. Finally the service was impeccable! Even our water glasses never got below 1/2 full.
It was the best meal I've ever had at a restaurant.

We try to visit the place every 2 months- which assure us to have at least a couple of new dishes to experience...
My favorites are the octopus, foie gras, bone marrow, escargot, veal sweetbreads, scallops, branding, beef cheek, skirt steak, panacota.
The atmosphere in the place is great and I love the fact that the chefs prepare a meal to all employees way the end of the shift...
It was our anniversary, and we sat at the Chef's counter. Our server brought us complimentary champagne, which was delightful and unexpected. Watching the three chefs was impressive. They prepare a restaurant full of diners in such a small space. I could go on and on but suffice to say the meal was incredible. And try to save room for desert!

What a wonderful experience. Amar is an amazing talent. Flavors, and reductions are just simply on another level.
We will return as often as we can afford.
We split the Beet Salad, and Ravioli. Both just outstanding.
Mains, I had the Smoked Pork Chop. Wow, smoked flavor was perfect and the reduction sauce topper! Wow, what intense rich flavor. If it was so rude I would have liked the plate.
Wife had the Halibut and that was also beautiful.
Now Desserts, we had the Apple Crisp which I thought was to die for until I tasted my wife's Panna Cotta, Wow rich and tasty. Perfect compo of sharp strawberry sorbet and sweet cream with these tiny coco balls. Oh my gosh another dish worth plate licking. I didn't but I wanted to.
Wife also had an Espresso Martini that was excellent, rather than too much sweet Bailey's they take a small amount and make a Bailey's cream foam on top. Well done.

I highly recommend Broadway by Amar.
I’ve been coming to Broadway with my husband and/or friends since its opening, usually dining at the bar. The food and cocktails are both innovative and delicious. But what makes this place a real standout is the exceptional, unpretentious service. Staff are accommodating and friendly, and when they learn I’m a huge Amar Santana fan, there he is - graciously chatting with us and posing for pictures. I always leave there happy and very well fed!
Don't know where to begin - everything was sooo good and tasty and creative.
We started with JAPANESE HAMACHI SASHIMI which was so fresh and delightful - make sure you get plenty of the avocado sorbet with every bite. Then we tried the amazing and delicate EGG YOLK RAVIOLO - truly one of a kind and a can't miss on the menu. For a main I had the skirt steak which was cooked to perfection and a bite of the Chocolate pasta which had just made its Fall debuted on the menu. We finished the meal with a newly introduced pumpkin spice espresso martini and CHOCOLATE PRALINE CRUNCH - which is another don't miss item.
Make sure not to sleep on their new fall cocktails either.
The service was over the top and the dining room was energetic.
We sat chefs table and indulged in an all time unforgettable meal before I lose my taste due to chemo for breast cancer. Our meal was thoughtfully selected by Chef Amarr complete with wine pairings & was an absolute dream come true for us both. Every bite was divine. The open kitchen was buzzing, the waitstaff was attentive and playful, the bartender even made me a custom drink that blended my love of dirty martinis and refreshing cucumber lemon margaritas.
I was holding back tears all night as my cup flowed over. Thank you Amarr & Vincente for making us feel like family & for orchestrating this beautiful moment to celebrate life. We will be back to celebrate my recovery soon!

It was too good.

We came back to celebrate my birthday 2 days ago. Food was delicious in general. However a few things that either be "more honest" or some improvement. I ordered focaccia, it came out like a tall round bread loaf, no way near the iconic focaccia appearance that I normally eat and get. The focaccia is a flat leavened oven-baked Italian bread, with its signature dimples and big air pockets. This one is just a fluffy bread. It was misleading for those who really knows true focaccia and who doesn't. Secondly, the scalloped potatoes was like 2 skinny rectangular sticks like string cheese and tastes so average. It was more like cross between pave (but not crispy layers) and dauphinoise but very average. The Costco scalloped potatoes would be much more superior. I dont think the shishito peppers adding any wow factor at all to the beautiful high quality steak. The salmon was cooked perfectly, but the spinach crust added no value or factor to the experience other than a pretty color, I would rather have an almond or pistachios crusted. There are million of other choices to elevate and being creative. Hope this helps.

Just got back from dinner tonight. The food was out standing. The presentation for every dish is a piece of art, and the quality is spot on. My hubby got the pork chop dish, it is pretty thick, yet very juicy all the way and well seasoned. Mine was Branzino, juicy for a thin filet and so fresh. Totally enjoyed every bite. My only feedbacks were 1. we both dont even know our sommelier's name, he just showed up and opened the wine bottle we brought, and dont even know our waiter's name either, he showed up and told the special offers and took orders; 2. He picked up the tab soon after I signed, kinda tacky and somewhat ruined the experience of the night; 3. I would add more starch to be proportional with the protein.
A local favorite which never disappoints. Everything in the right place at the right touch, from ambience to food to service.
The excellent mixture and use of ingredients is just amazing. Everytime a food is served, I don't want to touch it being afraid of breaking a work of art.
But a big part of the allure of this place is how the service personnel treat their guests. These guys are amazing and they make each guest feel at home and treat each one with care.
Just so happy to have a place to walk to to have a wonderful time.
Honestly an amazing restaurant. Everything was absolutely delicious. I almost ate an entire Focaccia to myself, the ravioli exploded with goodness , and the beet salad was fresh and citrusy. For entrees, the mole brought me back to Mexico City, the lamb shank made me book a flight to explore the Moroccan markets and the branzino was so crispy and fresh I might as well been off the coast of the Mediterranean. I can’t believe we had leftovers only because the food was rich and portions were hefty. Price was reasonably for the quality and service. Ambiance was cool, chic and energetic. Definitely a top restaurant in Laguna.
The service was the best I've ever experienced. The raviolo was the best appetizer I've ever had and the chocolate and praline dessert was exceptional. The dry aged New York steak was cooked perfectly but, the sauce was a little heavy on the salt. The brussel sprouts side was good but, the sauce dominated the entire dish. All in all, on a scale of 1-10 this place was a solid 8.5 and will definitely return again.
