This is what my dinner looks like........soggy bread, overcooked and burnt chicken, pasted on cheese (u can't even tell that it's pepper jack) and last week's lettuce. NOT ACCEPTABLE! The frustrating thing is that this is nothing new at this site and trying to call to complain??......goes straight to an automated song service.......I don't have time for that!....it's already wasted from the quality control I just performed which by the way should have been done by the Chick-fil-A staff before handing to the customer.

Today i got an order through curbside on the app. Everything in the order was correct. The problem is my two sweet teas didn't have the lid on all the way. The drink carrier was full of tea and once I lifted the first cup up on my way home the lid came off and the bottom gave out. All the tea ended up in my lap and all of the seats and floor. The second one, I just threw away the cup had been sitting in the liquid of the carrier too long and that one was also about to give out

Chick-fil-A is definitely one of my favorite splaces to go wherever I get hungry. The menu is top-notch and the prices are great. The staff is always friendly, courteous, and professional. There's not much to ever complain about. It I could make on recommendation, it would be to find better quality straws. I ordered a peach milkshake and the straw litterally cracked as soon as I tried to use it. After a few minutes of struggling I quit trying and just threw the milkshake in the trash. I understand the desire to be "green" and environmentally friendly, however those new straws just don't work.

I clearly stated my order. It was repeated back. My order matched my receipt. The order in the bag was incorrect. I politely explained to the female employee the situation, and she became irritated and rude. The male that came to my truck after she rudely parked me was totally confused. He goes to get the "correct" items. He returns with the wrong items. I was disappointed and frustrated, so I just left. To wait so long and the food isn't hot and fresh is also downer. This location does not live up to the standard I'm use to.

Went through the drive through to order and got home to open my sandwich, and look at this mess. A half of a chicken sandwich!!!!

This was the first Chick-fil-A that I've ever been to that disappointed me. The drive-thru employees all seemed to have forced smiles, like they were working under duress. We ordered nuggets and fries. The nuggets were tiny and the fries only filled the containers about half way.
I am not going back to this location again.
