Great chill spot. Way awesome servers/bartenders. Open pool tables/cool people down to play. Way worth checking out. Be warned, though. You will return. ;p
Chicken tenders were so good. Staff was extremely pleasant and when they found out we were from out of town directed us towards some shots to get the vacation rolling. I believe his name is Jose. From the initial experience we kept coming back for a quick drink or a bite to eat. Lisa was very helpful on Halloween and topped off out visit with her hospitality. This is a place I will visit every and anytime I make my way to La Jolla Cove. Thank you for making it an amazing visit
We were traveling from Texas and an old navy officer recommended. Amazing place to eat. Truly a gem and they have fantastic burgers (1/2 pound) and great wings. Marissa was wonderful and the place has a cool vibe! We loved everything except for the limited parking.
I believe this is La Jolla's only dive bar but it's an awesome fun spot, seen surfers/tennis players/bikers here and everything in between. Bartenders are kind and quick to make you drinks. The lady got a whiskey sour and I got a beer, both great - couldn't be happier that a place I used to pass over a thousand times growing up is now a fun spot we can frequent regularly. Can't wait to come back! Plus...when it closes Rigobertos is across the street to fill you up.

Food: was pretty good, a little expensive.
Service: sometimes excellent, sometimes indifferent.
Atmosphere: a lot of weirdo druggies, used to be a surfers' joint, maybe still is. Quit a scene, but ... DOGS. Sorry, but i don't want to eat next to dogs.
We were headed to a local taco shop but this was a great find, very pleased with it. Had the Tuesday Shrimp Taco special, and the Mrs had the Spicy Chicken and tater tots, with a couple of $5 house Margaritas to top things off (very well mixed btw)!. Good food, great service, nice vibe, reasonable prices, and fur friend friendly! Oh, and a good game of pool to top off the evening.

Great local bar and grill! Just moved to the area and this place was in walking distance. Just up from the beach, they have a peek ocean view from the deck, very cool vibe. For a bar and grill, their food is on point! Burgers were huge and juicy, do the Bourbon glaze burger! Great house salad for my wife with roasted walnuts, dried cranberries and blue cheese. Prices are very reasonable considering the area. Had a couple margaritas, on the strong side which was cool. Staff was fun and friendly. We went on a Sunday early evening, caught a good sunset. This will be our local pub for sure!
We visited on a cold windy (around) midnight, they put enough heater pole and fire for us sitting comfortably outside.
We felt friendly atmosphere among the crowd even that they were definitely much younger than us.
The food was delicious and service was great! Wide variety of different types of burgers, tacos, chicken burgers, and salads. However, the only was downer was the flies (which I know is out of the restaurants control) flying around the tables and food. Other than that, yummy food! 😊
Great place for luch and a quick drink with friends. Food is great quality very decent price. You can just walk inn and seat. They have a great patio.
Shrimp tacos + Jalapeno Marg was the right move. Super dog friendly!
I like to come here after work or after a stroll at the beach. Not usually busy during the hours I've visited. Their bartenders are awesome and welcoming. Beer is always cold. Yeah! A++
