Lived it, soooo good! Tried Mocha and Pistachio, both whole milk. Not too sweet but at the same time so flavorful. It was very busy Sunday afternoon but service was excellent-we were offered samples before purchase which was nice option. I wish they would have more places to sit but we enjoyed just eating while walking. Absolutely amazing. Great location, most definitely will be back
The Sweet Olive (Olive oil + caramel) flavour is delicious! Silky and tasty, it is a must try for any foodie looking for a sweet and savoury snack while in La Jolla.

Bobboi's Natural Gelato is walking distance to La Jolla Cove, and what better way to enjoy a nice treat without feeling too heavy.
There's always a long line, but that's because it's so popular. The workers also let you try as many samples as you want, and don't make you feel bad about it. Everything tasted so good. Authentic, natural Italian flavors. I got a 2 flavor cup with Straciatellia (infused vanilla and choco chips) and Mediterraneo . If you're a nut lover, you'd love the Mediterraneo because it has very strong notes of pistachio, almond, and hazelnut! I'm not actually a huge gelato fan, but this was so good. Mostly because the flavors and nutty notes really come through. Definitely a must try!
What an adorable gelato shop! The service was warm and friendly, and they offered sample taste. My friend and I went for the Rose Honey and Mediterraneo flavors. The Rose Honey had a strong rose fragrance, yet it tasted more refreshing than anticipated. The Mediterraneo flavor featured a medley of nutty notes. Personally, I prefer milder flavors, and both options were a tad too sweet for my taste.
There was a short line, but I decided to be brave and I got to the front of the line and got my gelato all in less then five minutes. I decided to stop here because last week someone out front of this place was offering free samples, and I have been craving it ever since. The employees are so nice and fast too! I couldn't decide of two flavors to get and they told me I could get both in one cup. I ended up getting the salted caramel and the charcoal vanilla. They paired so well together, very rich but amazing as well. Also the pictures are not in front of the establishment. I just found somewhere less peopley to take the photos of the gelato.
If you’ve never had a gelato or are just looking for a cold little treat, then I recommend this neat little place on your way to the beach.

Charcoal Vanilla, yes please! I was astonished at how inexpensive it was for La Jolla. Expect a line but they had someone out front providing free samples. The smiles from the staff inside were genuine it made our experience that much better.
Honestly, couldn’t get gelato better even in Italy. Local ingredients and flavors make their soft and flavorful gelato. The pistachio was truly outstanding.
Delicious gelato made with fresh and all natural ingredients. The combo of the Moka and salted caramel gelatos was fantastic and make for a perfect nighttime snack. The staff were very friendly and offered samples of any of the flavors. They also had a variety of dairy free and vegan gelatos.
Best Gelato I had in my life, must try place. Some cool unique flavors are available to try for the food explorers. If you walk down the street during peak times, every 1 in 4 person would have a cup from this place. During peak hours they have long queues as well however give it a shot if you have time.
