Thank you Ari, the incredible food runner who took care of me last night when I sprained my ankle. It was a busy Friday night and he was busy running food, but saw me struggling to stand and took care of me. He wouldn't let me walk and insisted to carry me. He sat me down, elevated my foot, and quickly grabbed a big bag of ice to put on my ankle. He brought me ibuprofen, and offered to bring me anything else I needed. All while he was still doing his job and accommodating other guests. He looked at me and called me sister and said that he was going to take care of me. I then needed to leave and go to the emergency room, so he went and found a cart to wheel me off the roof on. I can't even begin to express how thankful I am that Ari was there to take care of me. I was really scared and didn't know what to do and he was there to keep me calm and safe the entire time. He truly restored my faith in humanity. This was my first time at Trilogy and I am SO impressed with how kind the staff is and how amazing of a place it is up there. The delicious vegan food.. the rooftop with comfy couches.. live music... it was truly a sanctuary. I HIGHLY recommend coming here and soaking up the Trilogy vibes. If you see a blonde hair blue eyed food runner, make sure to say hello to Ari. He truly is a special human!
We took Alec Hurley's Vinyasa class this past Sunday morning and loved it! I very much enjoyed his sequencing and clear cues. His music selection was great too. Highly recommend him as an instructor. The cafe food is delicious (we stayed for a late breakfast). Love the vibe and sense of community. Wonderful experience and great space! ❤️🙏🏼
Went with the kids and the dog and had a great lunch. The patio is perfect for dogs and the kids had room to roam around. The nachos were our favorite. Enchiladas were great if you like spice! Friendly folks working here.
We loved this place so much that we ended up eating here three times on our weekend trip to San Diego! We were so happy to find such delicious, nutritious food in such a fun environment. We also took an aerial yoga class here and really enjoyed it. Trilogy owners, please open a location in Austin, Texas! :)
This place is heaven to all vegetarian and vegan folks. They got an incredibly wide variety of all kind of food. The staff is super friendly and helpful with suggestions. I need to come back and try a lot more of all that variety. Plus the view from the rooftop is spicing up the whole atmosphere.
This hidden gem has amazing food and beverages. Our waitress, Ashley was really nice and helped us with some great recommendations from the menu. We had the enchiladas and nachos, which were both AMAZING! This is my first time trying this type of food and it was SO good.
The space and food were AMAZING!!! I only wish it wasn't raining so we could have sat outside. Can't wait to come back and try lunch... Mmmmmmm! A must for anyone wanting wholesome food that is thoughtfully prepared. The shop adjacent to the restaurant is a MUST!!! All the magical treasures and gifts, PLUS the owners/staff are genuine, welcoming, and putting out all the good vibes.
This is such a cute rooftop cafe. There’s an outdoor yoga deck and a few tables to sit and enjoy your food. They have an extensive menu with coffee, smoothies, açaí bowls, entrees, and desserts. I came for breakfast on Saturday morning and there was an aerial yoga class going on in the terrace. The atmosphere was very calm and relaxing. I got the traditional açaí bowl, which comes topped with granola, banana, blueberry and strawberry. The bowl is a decently large size, which was expected for the price ($14.50) and the açaí was very refreshing, with a lovely texture.
Fantastic spot with roof terrace restaurant and nice community (events). Food is organic, plant-based and gluten-free!! :) That being said, while the food is really good, there's still room for improvement in terms of taste. They host several events, including a monthly full moon party event that is pretty interesting and unique (includes aerobic, fire performances etc. + drum circle dancing + live music).
Beautiful rooftop cafe with accompanying spiritual store. Between the Ram Dass books, the food and the wonderful kombucha on tap, I could spend all day here. ❤️
I’ve tried everything from the food, to yoga classes and events and keep going back. The food is amazing, everything is made in house and there is something for everyone, whether you are vegan or not, you won’t be disappointed. The yoga classes are fun and diverse, whether you are a beginner or looking for a challenge you will find a class here. Trilogy has such built such an amazing environment that whether you go to an even alone or friends you will have a good time. Everyone is welcoming, and the positive energy is unmatched. I tell everyone about this place, definitely worth checking out!
We were visiting LA and we did the drive to San Diego then to La Jolla just to try out Trilogy, which we have been following on IG and always wanted to visit. The establishment did not disappoint and exceeded our expectations - fantastic atmosphere and vibe and absolutely delicious food. Although we’re vegans, this place is definitely for everyone to try - you won’t be disappointed!
