We had lunch in the area and of course we always have room for dessert. What a great variety to choose from. We had the lemon cookie flavor. We loved all the pieces as an extra treat. You must stop by and treat yourself. Enjoy!

Good gelato. Reasonable prices, big scoops! Even had some sorbet flavored, and low sugar options. Loved it!
This is one of my favorite Gelato places, the prices are good, they have so many flavors, and the staff is kind.
Thumbs up for a separate vegan section. The helpful (and patient!) server was careful to point out to me that the vegan gelato is made on the same machine as the dairy version. I thought it wouldn't be a problem but unfortunately, we ended up having a pretty bad reaction (due to a dairy allergy) so we won't be able to come return. Great flavors, though!
The line out of Bobboi was ridiculously long, and we decided to go here instead. I am so happy we did, we were the only ones in the store, we were promptly served, and the woman behind the counter was so nice! I definitely recommend it. Gigantic portions, all cones are accidentally vegan, and many many vegan options.
Great freshly made gelato! They have over a dozen flavors and allow multiple combinations in your dish. Super nice staff that will allow free samples.
Great place, very friendly staff. The line can get long because it is a popular place, but it moves fast so don't be discouraged. Their gelato is excellent and you get a good serving size for the price.
I am very particular about gelato and this is the place to go. Some gelato places have gelato that is more like regular ice cream but Frizzante is the real deal. The interior offers some seating and a nice atmosphere and there is a great variety of flavors to choose from. When in La Jolla we always treat ourselves to gelato here.
Delicious gelato, no complaints there. They need more staff though. Since they only had one person working, it went slow, and I felt bad asking for samples before ordering. The one person was super nice and great, they just needed 2 people.
What an incredibledelight! Vegan selections with outstanding flavors. I had the blood orange and dark chocolate in the delicate crisp cone. Next time I'll try their Affrogato, the espresso poured over your gelato.
Delicious gelato, from year to year each time we've visited. Good fresh flavors and friendly staff even when its a rush. Prices aren't unreasonable either.
Ordered the banana fudge and my travel partner has the chocolate, if you're into a more icy dessert than ice cream, you'll love it. Very delicious 😋
