Izela, the drive-thru attendant was super sweet. There was a discrepancy in the order, but she handled everything with patience and a smile. I really appreciate great customer service. It makes a difference in a decision to return or not, and I will definitely be returning for their food and service.

Normally the service is really great but lately my fries have been half full and cold by the time I get home. Makes me really sad cause I love the cherry sprite at this location.

This place is a hit or miss when it comes to freshness and how your food was made, super good or super sloppy. The staff here are usually super friendly and attentive but they have some guy who can seem super rude or can appear to be short tempered or annoyed. Idk I think he was only nice maybe once when a he forced a smile. Best on the days he is not there for some reason. Bad vibes? Quick late nite bite every now and then but am hoping we get other late nite options around here.

This Jack in the Box is probably the most pleasant one I've visited. Every time I've been it's never been crowded, the employees are always pleasant, and it doesn't rely on a kiosk to replace ordering from the counter. There are plenty of high and low tables to sit at, and the half price drink happy hour deal from 2-5 is a good deal. So far I haven't had any complaints about studying in there, and to be honest I study a lot better in a fast food restaurant than a coffee shop or library. Food tastes decent, too.
