Domino's Pizza

I have been a loyal customer at this location for a 2+ years. Never had any issues. Recently, I had to cancel two orders in a row due to a 2 hour+ waiting time. It used to be way under an hour. All of the personnel was always nice. Nothing against you guys! Therefore going from 5 stars to two instead of one. Going to give it one more try and if the same issue will appear, I will order from elsewhere. The quality of pizzas was always good.

This is an excellent place. Food is delicious and I think they even know me by name now. I only give it four stars instead of five because sometimes when placing an order online it gives you an estimated wait time then immediately when you place the order it tells you an estimated wait time that is sometimes twice as long. If the website or app can know this after placing the order it should be able to give you the honest wait time ahead of placing the order. It's disruptive when you think you have time to get an order in on your lunch break or you're buying dinner and your family now has to wait over an hour. And you've already paid. I'm not sure if that's an issue with any specific Domino's or it's an overall problem with the company's website. But honestly they are great and orders are usually fast. Just beware of what I was explaining during busy times like 12 p.m. and 6:00 p.m.

It is clear this location no longer cares about their customers. Waited over an hour beyond the time we were told our order would be ready. We made TWO trips to the store. They made NO offer to discount the cost. They would NOT even part with a couple of sauces for our time and trouble. Both manager AND employee were rude. We've been ordering here for 5+ years. NO MORE.

Waited over 2 hours tonight for our order and it wasn't ready... told it would be another 30 minutes. Went back 45 minutes later and it still wasn't ready. Order done after 3 hours and 20 minutes... but they refused to reduce price or give us an extra sauce... so we handed back the order and left. They lost a regular customer today.
