I have been a loyal customer at this location for a 2+ years. Never had any issues. Recently, I had to cancel two orders in a row due to a 2 hour+ waiting time. It used to be way under an hour. This is an excellent place. Food is delicious and I think they even know me by name now. I only give it four stars instead of five because sometimes when placing an order online it gives you an estimated wait time then immediately when you place the order it tells you an estimated wait time that is
Pizza was extremely greasy. You can see the grease through the box. Also paid extra for pineapples and they barely put anything on it. Basically threw the pizza away
Used to be the best pizza chain Knoxville. Last 3 times I haven't even gotten my food unless I went to pick it up. They can't attract or retain enough staff currently. While I sympathize, other locations have found ways to adapt.
It is clear this location no longer cares about their customers. Waited over an hour beyond the time we were told our order would be ready. We made TWO trips to the store. They made NO offer to discount the cost. They would NOT even part with a couple of sauces for our time and trouble. Both manager
Perfect pizzas and I can always count on them to make my order quickly. I love that they have the drive-thru window for a fast and safe interaction. Domino’s is my favorite and this location does it right!
This Dominos is Awesome! I had to place a large order for my school, and Jennifer patiently helped me figure out how many pizzas we needed. Everything was delivered fresh and hot!!!!
Waited over 2 hours tonight for our order and it wasn't ready... told it would be another 30 minutes. Went back 45 minutes later and it still wasn't ready. Order done after 3 hours and 20 minutes... but they refused to reduce price or give us an extra sauce... so we handed back the order and left. T
