Long John Silver's

Ordered through Door Dash for the first time. Supposed to get 6 shrimp only got 5. Then ordered cocktail sauce for the shrimp and they gave me tartar sauce not cocktail sauce. Quality was good but a little quality control could help. In these shut down times with the restaurants and fast food place is hurting you think they will go the extra mile to make sure the customers they do have get accurate orders.

I like this chain of restaurants. However this location is horrid. The work staff doesn't seem to care to do their job. One visit we waited nearly 20 minutes for food that was completely forgotten about. The drive thru staff swearing that they already gave us our food. The last visit I had I never even got my drink. The lady was too busy talking to someone in the kitchen. I couldn't even ask or say anything as she was yelling about something in the back and slammed the window closed after nearly throwing the bag out the window. I didn't want to even deal with them any more, just driving off without the drink and getting something at a gas station down the road. I'll find a new facility if I want anything from this chain.

6/26/2020 7:45pm. Clearly this location was open, AND there were workers in the store, however we waited in the drive through line over 20 minutes and no one, and I mean no, ever waited on us in the drive through. People behind us even got out of line. The least that this LJS worker could have done...was to tell us that she didn’t want to wait on us or SOMETHING...ANYTHING would have been better than radio silence. Nothing at all, I even called the store...Nothing she didn’t even pick up the....phone. So unprofessional!! Ugh...Disgusted!

Have been here to this location quiet a few times. The employees have been very nice polite and courteous. Our order is always fresh and hot. Even when they are busy and you have to wait, the employees make it good and makes it seem to go faster than it does with their attitude, smiles, conversation and pleasantness. I would highly recommend this particular LJS.

I have went to this location twice in the past couple of days. The food is good but don't go unless you have at least 20-30 minutes to wait in drive thru. Today I was the only person in line, ordered one meal and I was there over 20 minutes. Yesterday it was over 30 minutes and my order was wrong when I got back to work. I wish there was another one closer to my job. The worst thing was there wasn't even an apology for making me wait so long. Terrible customer service.
