I absolutely love this place! Their food is amazing (prices are a bit high). Their Boba Thai tea has me hooked! I want it every single day.

Let me tell you about a new Vietnamese restaurant. In the heart of downtown Knoxville. Adjacent to the Regal Riviera and the hair school. Is the most quaint restaurant where the staff greet you as soon as you walk in the door and eager to help you with deciding what to order. I have never been there before but they really made me feel like I was family. The lemongrass beef was highly recommended so that's what I decided to try and I have to say it did not disappoint. They also recommended the crispy egg roll which I will have to say was sadly not as good as the sandwich because it was cold. Should really be careful about serving at room temperature or cold product cuz that is when bacteria tends to develop.
However I am still giving this restaurant 4 stars for the outstanding service and the delicious sandwich. I will definitely be coming back to try something else off their menu.

The food is great. But they have to learn what is good service. In this restaurant, the young asian girl is only one good server. The older Asian woman(Is she owner of restaurant? If so, she has to learn how to make face in front of customers) is not ready for services. And I don’t understand why they take so long to get order. Please learn good customer services if you guys want to do business in downtown continually.

I got the pork banh mi. I've never had one before but I thought this was very flavorful and had a good portion of meat/veg. I also got the black milk bubble tea which was great and perfectly sweetened. I got the vegan egg roll which was overpriced in my opinion bc I thought it'd come with 2 but it was almost $2 for 1 small roll. It tasted fine though. I'll definitely be back

By far the WORST restaurant experience I’ve ever had. Probably too much to even list here. I love pho and go to several different spots in Knoxville, but will never be back here. The prices were too high, the wait was long, they messed up our orders multiple times and forgot mine, they were rude and never apologized for anything. Our server rolled her eyes at us when we told her that wasn’t what we ordered. My friend wanted a sandwich and they were out of every single sandwich option. They also messed up multiple other customers orders who were in the restaurant the same time as us. The food wasn’t good at all we didn’t even finish it and just left. They microwaved it and most of the chicken in our pho was RAW. I realize this is a newer restaurant but the amount of things that went wrong were just ridiculous. Such a disappointment.

The food is very good. It almost makes up for the atrocious service. Yesterday my colleague and I waited at the cash register for 5+ minutes with no acknowledgement even though an employee was at the front. Today I waited exactly 30 minutes for a sandwich with light to moderate foot traffic. If you get your service issues figured out, maybe I'll be back.
EDIT: Every time I have gone back since, customer service has been better! I don't remember her name, but the blonde girl is awesome! Still great food.

Service is terrible like other reviews claim.
As well as their vegan egg rolls and regular egg rolls with meat in them are the EXACT SAME! My son ordered regular and I ordered vegan. They were the exact same. I asked the girl behind the counter and she claimed they just look the same. But they were the same thing. I have been a vegetarian for 8yrs... until now.

I want to see this restaurant do well. Pho is pretty good, the soup is decent, though the time I went they didn't serve with herbs that should come with a bowl of pho. Sandwiches need to be better, their buns are not banh mi, their mayonnaise also need work. Vietnamese dishes need herbs, they are not using enough, or at all. For comparison, you can go to Bida Saigon in West Knoxville, their dishes are more authentic. Hopefully this place will improve their food quality and service to stay in business.
