Pizza Hut

This is the worst experience and pizza I have ever had! I ordered at 6:30, received at 8:30. I distinctly asked the delivery person to leave the order at the front door and he did not do that; He knocked and waited for me to answer, everything was cold and the order was wrong. I ordered a ham and onion pizza and an order of six Honey barbecue wings. I received, what I think was, a cheese pizza and the wings were sitting in a puddle of sauce that looked like it was rolling around in the back of the car. Absolutely disgusting!

We ordered the big dinner box and added an extra topping of pineapples. The pineapples, which costs extra, were completely left off the pizza though it was on the receipt. The pizza was still well made, just not made correctly. I did not call them because they were very busy when I picked it up. Many places seem short-staffed right now, so we overlooked it. Other than that the food was hot and cooked evenly.

I don't often eat Pizza Hut, but I have tried ordering pizza from here twice in the last month. On both occasions the pizza was not delivered and I received no phone call to inform me it wasn't coming. Ridiculously poor service. Im a pretty patient guy, but come on, at least call me and tell me to go to hell or something like that.

Pan crust was underbaked and a soggy mess. Little pepperoni for what was supposed to be a pepperoni lover's pizza. ------------- EDIT: In response to owner message below, I twice emailed the requested into to the provided email address. I never received a reply either time - so much for wanting to make things right.

I've tried this location twice. I don't know what it is, if everyone is new or if the oven is broken, but I called to complain about the food being undercooked and then got a credit to my account. Called back and used it a couple weeks later. Again. Super undercooked pizza. Air bubbles all over it where it wasn't kneeded correctly. My stuff crust I don't even know how to describe what is wrong with it - just not good? I guess from being undercooked. Not to mention the headache of the person forgetting to take payment over the phone and he almost forgot to take my address for the delivery. I highly doubt I'll be coming back to this location.

I ordered a medium thin crust cheese pizza. When I got home and opened it up, the crust was literally crumbling apart just trying to get a piece. The topping was burnt. I called for a replacement, which the location agreed to, however when my husband got home it was honestly no better. I am disappointed with the quality checks and for wasting my money and time to come back for another.
