I felt bad. They only had 2 people working and a line in drive thru. It took us a long time to get through the line and then my drink was wrong so I had to go back. They remade it quickly enough though. I just think they need more workers

I had my daughter pick me up a bagel and cream cheese today. She told me her bagel was stale 2 days ago but I figured that was just a one time mistake but nope mine was stale too! I mean so stale I could bite it and no more than a teaspoon of cream cheese it was awful they should be ashamed of selling it ! Fortunately I live in florida where the Dunkin know how to serve bagels.

This Dunkin is awesome! Every time I’ve been they always make the order correctly, and efficiently. Also the employees are very personable and friendly, my experience today with (idk his name but he had a Boo Ghost tattoo on his arm) was so funny and he brought a smile to my face. I love dunkin ans their coffee, and I used to be a brista (not at dunkin). But, I got an iced Americano (shot with water) with cream and it tasted way too watered down like there was only one shot in the large cup. My mother had also gotten a cold brew which tasted very watered down too :(

Absolutely the worst Dunkin Donuts around! Every time I order a large or a medium iced latte here I get a little over half of the actual amount I'm supposed to get. Today I asked them to remake it and first all they did was add more whip cream to make it look full! Seriously? Finally the manager agreed to completely remake it. Absolutely will not be going back to this location!

literally the nicest staff ever. most of them remember my name when i come around. my drink is always made perfectly and the hash browns are always crispy. these workers really deserve some recognition
