I just placed an order online for in store pickup but the website gave no confirmation nor did we get an email. I have proof that the payment was taken out of my bank account, but apparently the order itself didn't go through. The manager REFUSED to give us our order even after we showed proof of purchase. They also refused to offer a refund, OR EVEN A PHONE NUMBER TO CALL. Subways website itself leaves no phone #, and corporate claims to have moved customer service to "an entirely digital experience." I have not gotten a refund and this is awful customer service from both the store and the company alike. Don't waste your time

I usually frequent this location for my lunch breaks, and am usually satisfied with what I receive, until today.
Decided to use DoorDash this time around, because we were busy at work, and I really was craving my usual. Made an order through the app, and made sure it was easy to read what I ordered. Which by the way, is only a foot long on herb and cheese, TOASTED, with ham, lettuce, American cheese and mayo. Not sure if it’s due to understaffing, or just plain old laziness, but this sandwich was thrown together like a child made it (picture attached). Not to mention that it’s labeled IN ORDER on the receipt that they put in the bag.
I’m not one to leave reviews, but this genuinely irritated me. I know working fast food probably isn’t ideal, but I would be fired from my job if I put this type of effort into what I do.
For the love of god, just do better. I’m just trying to get my sandwich.. 😩

Amazing employees and food. The younger guy and Raven just make u want to come back bc they are so great with their customers. I didn't even mind having to wait bc it was a little busy. They made the whole experience very pleasant and I will definitely come back.

Here for yet another bad online order review. Get your internet connection fixed you clowns. Also let your employees "comp" meals that show an online bank statement as proof of purchase. The owners of this store should be ashamed and should give their management the ability to comp meals. After speaking with Pam "manager", she explained that she was unable to do so. I just left about 40 mins ago. Feb 18 2022. You guys owe me money. Do better.

Not even sure why they are open. Been waiting on headsets for months so drive thru is never open. Though we know it’s not the headsets they just don’t want to do drive thru. There are like 3 chips to choose from. Out of everything and the lettuce and other veggies are brown and frozen.

Went to grab two ft longs and it took 25 mins with 3 people working and the manager in charge was screaming at her kids Constantly who were running around the dinning room and she did so up until I literally had to shhhhhhh her so I could order and the food was horrible got charged for two deluxe ft long tunas with extra cheese and only one had extra meat on it but by that point I was lucky to just get out of the store without a headache but she did make sure to tell me about the survey for two free cookies which they were out of 🙄

Can't ever get online orders right. I eat lunch here ALOT, ITs kinda a place ur just stuck to eat at, or go without. So out of 10 times, my order maybe right 2 times. We complain, and don't want to. Sure things get fixed for a visit.. but the same problems keep happening. focus, read, and listen... I work for a living to. It's not hard, nor is it to much to ask for... Just saying.

DO NOT GO TO THIS SUBWAY! This is the absolute worst restaurant experience I've ever had. I show up to the restaurant after placing an online order and they tell me that they don't have my order. This has happened several times to myself and my family members. The young woman working at this location is extremely rude, she does nothing to help with the situation, and she has sent me off with no food several times now after the money has been taken out of my account. They stole my money and there is nothing I can do about it. This location will not answer the phone, their customer service line is fully automated and completely useless, and they have not responded to my email. Do not order from this restaurant unless you want them to steal your money and send you off with no food. I will not be returning to this restaurant.
