Denny's

It’s probably best that you avoid this Denny’s location at all costs. Firstly, the food was absolutely abysmal. The breakfast skillet was overcooked to the point of it being inedible. I’ve included pictures of what we received versus what we ordered (as pictured on the Denny’s menu). One stack of pancakes was burnt and the other was raw in the middle. Secondly, the service was extremely slow. It took at least 45 minutes to receive our food and the beverage refills were sparse within that timeframe. I recommend you go elsewhere. Anywhere.

My Husband and I stopped in here while on vacation. Everything was cooked amazingly and the staff was friendly. Our waitress was Amanda. She was attentive, friendly, and super nice to our young daughter. The manager was extremely friendly and went above and beyond for our young daughter. We will be stopping back in on our way home.

Worst service we have ever had in our lives. The waitress was horrible. Was not friendly to anyone. Got mad cause we asked for decaffeinated coffee, silverware and hot water for tea. Never came back to see if we needed anything. Never brought us a bill. Ignored us the whole time. Had to go back in kitchen to get manager to check us out and when we informed her how we and other customers were treated all she said was sorry have a nice day. Will never be back here! This waitress shouldn't be in public service!

My wife and I visited the the Denny's off I-70 West close to the truck scales. My wife enjoyed her meal. My meal sucked I ordered nachos. They removed the jalapenos with no substitutes and didn't have some of the ingredients that go on the nachos. They don't put enough meat and extra will cost you $1.99 to $2.00. I asked the waitress why they didn't have the ingredients if it was on the menu? She made me repeat myself five times. Each time the only thing she would say was. There isn't any. I asked ok then tell me why there isn't any? She kept repeating herself refusing to answer my question. I asked if I could have more meat to substitute the missing items on the nachos. She told me no! Being I hadn't eaten all day I ate the worst nachos I ever had.

Arrived hungry, left with high blood pressure. The service was okay (at best), but the country fried chicken with mashed potatoes and corn we so salty I had a difficult time finishing it (and I'm a Marine veteran, I can eat almost anything). Maybe the cook was having an off day, who knows? Unfortunately, I didn't feel well the rest of the day, even ended up with a low grade fever. Thankfully, it all passed late that night. I'm not saying it was the food that caused it, but I don't have any other explanations either.

I only did one star because it would not let me do zero stars. My husband and I went in the store at about 8:30 and after 5 minutes we were seated (no one else was waiting and there was about 5 tables with customers). The girl took our drink order and brought them to us and told us she would get our order in a minute. She then walked around and yelled at a customer, sat two tables and took their orders. When we told her we needed to place our order she said someone else was going to take it. At 9:00 we still had not seen another server. We got up to leave. I let the manager know that we had this problem and all I got was excuses. I will not be back.
