Went through the drive thru and they said upfront they were short staffed and be patient. Well it was a wait but worth watching how hard the 3 of them were working. I haven't even tried the food yet but they get all 5 stars for their work dedication. You all were awesome!

The lights were on and the drive through sign was off so we pulled into a spot, in the pouring rain, and attempted to go in. The doors were locked. Then we noticed the drive through actually was open. When we got our order in we heard our total but when we got up to the window it had doubled. We tried to order something cheaper from the menu but they told us it was a promotion that didn't start until the next morning, even though it didn't say that anywhere. They seemed very frantic even though there weren't many customers at all. The food was as expected and really greasy. We used to love this place and now it feels like some hole in the wall restaurant run by people that don't even want to be there.

I hadn't been to a Long John Silver's in years but had a hunger for fish. It was about the same as I remembered it. The food was hot and it was tasty. It is what it is, and it isn't high end seafood restaurant but it was decent. The staff were very friendly and seemed to be working well together.

Have always loved their food would definitely pick them over captain ds. But even with a full staff (five people) and them keeping the lobby closed it shouldn't have taken over 35 mins to get my order finished especially when they had certain food shortages. Also didn't realize how expensive they had gotten either. Could have went to Applebee's

My husband and I have missed long John Silver's where we live, they tore them all down. When we seen this one, we were so happy and had it two nights in a roll. The fish and hushpuppies was so fresh but you know if you get french fries they are never completely hot when you get them home, so I just throw them in the airfrier and they are fresh again. The only one would we can find is on Western Ave and it's worth the extra couple minutes drive. Thank long John Silver's

My family got their orders long before I did. When I went to the counter to find out what happened to mine, they said they couldn't find me. Really? They came to our table twice for other members to bring their food. Only 5 tables were in use during this. Sure didn't look too hard.

We placed an online order and it was ready on time. The fish is absolutely the BEST! It was fresh and hot. Staff are always friendly.

I had good service and the food was surprisingly good, the grilled salmon was somewhat bland but well cooked. The sides were delicious. The place is old and could use an update. Most people were there because of an all you can eat deal. The dining room was very loud. I would return.
